Pros:

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the location couldn't have been better! What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always had a genuine smile on their face. It made the entire stay feel that much more pleasant.

Cons:

The one major disappointment? The coffee machine in the room. Easily the worst I've ever encountered in a hotel, and what makes it even more frustrating is that the hotel seems perfectly aware of the issue.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and check in/out was super easy. The Bistro restaurant in the lobby was great for a quick breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was a bit small but still enjoyable so only a small ding for that.
