Pros:

The property was nice and so was the staff. The gym needed a good cleaning though and one of the two treadmills was broken the entire time we were there. Then we tried to wash clothes and all three washers were out of order.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja (blisko Old Town), czysto i komfortowo. Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakich się zatrzymywałem podczas pobytu w USA.

Cons:

Na minus brak kontaktu z hotelem po wymeldowaniu. Hotel 2-krotnie ściągnął opłatę za pobyt (przez booking oraz w obiekcie) i niestety nie odpowiadał na maile w temacie wyjaśnienia sprawy. Skończyło się na interwencji i zwróceniu środków przez booking. Także coś nie gra w zakresie kontaktu z obiektem. Polecam zwracać uwagę na dokonywane płatności!

Good quality for the money spent.
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to get to other places, such as the mall, Balboa Park, and eating places. The room was clean, yet I wish the floors were hardwood instead of carpet. Hardwood feels much cleaner. Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

I disliked that the floors were carpeted. It doesn't feel and look as clean. There was a black-out during our stay, which was out of the hotel's control, as it was due to the weather. However, the dining staff could have provided complimentary coffee and tea, rather than just complimentary coffee already set-up in the lobby, or perhaps, include tea bags in the lobby with the coffee.

Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to historic sites and close proximity to downtown and the airport. Easily accessible via highways
