The staff was friendly but that it. Never will I stay there again

The staff was nice

Cons:

Homeless people around, dirty rooms . Hair in the tub and on the bedding . One pull out couch smelt terribly. A heater was not working well.

Pros:

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious

Cons:

The microwave was all rusty on the inside and dirty. The bathtub was so filthy I had to go buy a can of cleaner and clean it before we could use it. It literally went from Brown bottom to a white bottom. Homeless people were hanging out in the front of the building. When the evening rolls around people gather at the entrance to drink large quantities of alcohol.

Rough area of town, not kept clean.
Pros:

The young man at the desk was doing his best

Cons:

The general condition of the facility was poor. Not clean. The room we were given had debris on the floor as well as dirt and hair in the bed in what appeared to be clean sheets.
