Important information:

For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.

Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted.

For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.

Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.

Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.

Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests.

A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.

Please note that parking for Multi-axle vehicles/RVs etc is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.

This is a Hellhole, not a hotel!
Pros:

I liked the front desk clerk, she was very nice and polite. I think she deserves a better place to work.

Cons:

So many things were wrong from the moment we stepped on the property.
There were obvious prostitutes, weirdos, and drug addicts all around.
It smelled like dead fish and there was trash strewn all over.
The back door didn’t have an electronic lock on it, so anyone could come in day and night.
Upon entering the broken back door, you are met with a foul pungent odor of all types of things such as: dog, feces, fish, and smoke.
The carpets were black at almost every entrance to the rooms.
The elevator was broken so we had to walk around the entire property to find the only one that actually worked. People were yelling at each other.
The pool didn’t function and I heard the desk clerk tell a group of kids that it wasn’t going to be fixed.
We were told it was a suite with separate bedroom and pulloute couch in the living area, that was a lie.
The stove had food crusted on it, the fridge looked like it had debris all over the side of it.
The fire alarm was missing.
We had to turn our key back in a leave without staying.

Never stayed want refund
Pros:

I didn’t like it never even stayed there after the said they didn’t have keys to the rooms and they have to let us in and then showed the room it stunk and looked horrible and wasn’t even the room we asked for.

Literally a "Ho"tel

It was near the beach.

Cons:

Everything. My room wasn't available. I ended up with a 1 bed room, the stove didn't work, bad odor, no tissue, no cabinet doors, another guest was rushed to the hospital for fentanyl overdose, prostitutes walking around and a family argument happened in the parking lot while we were in their dirty pool . I couldn't sleep there.

My stay was an EPIC FAIL.

Up on entry it smelled nice at the counter to check in I wasn’t aware of a deposit the elevator closest to my room didn’t work I had to walk 3 long hallways to get to my room on the 3rd floor were there was trash and a chicken bone .When I entered the room the carpet was ridiculously stained. I expected the bed it looked cleaned ,but late in the night I was awakened out of my sleep something had bitten me in my face neck and hand. I didn’t know what it was it was itching so I got up and looked in the mirror my face was swollen at the site and my neck. Getting ready to check out I see the foot of the bed blood stained sheets. My husband Go down stairs for breakfast they don’t offer it but on Booking.Com it says they offer it (false advertisement) this is why I booked the room. I have never had a more worst experience I came from Georgia thinking this was going to be an awesome stay. The exit was crowded with other guest smoking huddled up we were barely able to get in and out. This was not how I planned my wedding anniversary.

My only saving grace was I only went there to sleep.

I paid for a room and was given something half the size and told there was no price difference and nothing they could do about it. The place was filthy. Trash in the hallways, people riding bikes through the hotel. Pubic hair on the shower walls. My family showered with shoes on.

Horrible! Run do not book!
Pros:

NOTHING. Wait the lady that told me when I was walking in that there was drug addicts all over Inlike that!

Cons:

EVERYTHING! Booking.com have all these properties list on they website beautiful pool clean rooms. But it’s far from the truth look at pics and half of they pools are not operational and they rooms stink and dirty. And then when you ask for a refund you get the run around for weeks
