Nada no me quedé, tuve que cancelar tan pronto hice el chek-in porque la habitación solo estuve 5 minutos y menos con mi hija de 10 años y tuvimos que salir ton dolor de cabeza y el pecho apretado del olor tan fuerte a Clorox, situación que al otro día tenía sangrado en la nariz y la garganta irritada pedi que cambiaran de cuarto y la respuesta era que el otro olía mas fuerte porque fue limpiado más reciente. Yo uso cloro normal diluido pero eso era horrible el aire no estaba frío y cuando pregunté para dejar el extractor pa q ventilara, no había que abriera la ventana. Y aún ando esperando mi depósito y no quieren devolver el $ porque yo que yo cancele cuando tuve que hacerlo incurrir en mas gastos y perder una citas médicas . Es la primera vez que me pasa esa situación en un hotel y cuando hablo de olor fuerte fue que salí intoxicada y mi hija y nadie buscó opción ni fueron a ver ni se disculparon.

I will NEVER be back.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. It was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at and left within the hour.

Cons:

The staff were rude & nonexistent after 11 pm. The room was moldy and disgusting. Blood in the shower. No sheets on the bed. Broken tv. It would’ve been better sleeping in my car.

Horrible, never even got to check in
Cons:

I waited two hours for someone to check me in. When someone finally showed up at the front he was not even an employee. I quit calling the phone number posted for late check ins. I quit ringing their call bell. And I quit looking around for the staff.

We Do Not Recommend! We Wont Be Back!

Friendly Staff, Bedding was clean, No Bugs or rodents.

Just About Everything! Paid for a Deluxe King Suite and Got 2 Double Uncomfortable Beds Instead (fun sharing a double bed my wife). They Stated Booking On Booking.com Doesn’t Guarantee The Room You Booked/Paid For. That Was A First. We Always Get What We Paid For. The rooms are old, outdated, smelly, & stains everywhere. Bathrooms are gross. Drains do not properly drain in the sink nor bathtub. Beds are worn out and sunken in. Thank God we are only here for one night. The building smells like marijuana. FYI. Bring your own towels, wash clothes, soap, and shower shoes. The kitchen was gross. You definitely get what you paid for, hence the low review rating. We learned our lesson and won’t be cheap ever again for a one night stay. We could have gone elsewhere easily, but the only reason we stayed was because we saw this beautiful little girl get off the school bus and walked down the hall to her hotel room. It’s so sad she has to live in this particular hotel. We figured if she is living here full time, we can survive one night. Praying for her and her family. The sign says they are switching to new management so hopefully they turn this dump around, make it better, or it needs to shut down permanently.

The lobby was clean and neat. The elevator was also clean and reliable in the end we were satisfied

The sofa had so much dust we had to clean it ourselves. The bath tub Was very dirty we had to clean that as well.
