For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted.
For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.
Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.
Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.
Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests.
A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.
Please note that parking for Multi-axle vehicles/RVs etc is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.

Studio 6 Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park FL blends modern design with timeless hospitality. The sushi restaurant was phenomenal, rooms featured floor-to-ceiling windows, and we appreciated the coded room entry system and emergency lighting throughout.
I could NOT STAY IN EITHER ROOM
My first time here in June was very nice, a condom was found in the room and roaches,we were placed in another room so it could be serviced properly, but this time I don't know who or what happened but it should NEVER be like this.
Staff was a mess,2 ladies,.one did communicate,but the other lady clearly should've not come to work,because she acted as though we were a bother..
The first room had no toilet paper and no bath towels, looked like a roll away bed was placed in there,it smelled like cigarettes after,the she ran this spill of no smoking and being charged $250,Secondly room was in the very back of the 2nd floor and it smelled like someone didn't wash themselves no tv remote,no smoke detector,again no bath towels. Felt totally unsafe.
And I didn't mention NO KEYS for any rooms, so they would have to let us in every time we needed to get in our rooms.
Management of this property really should be ashamed of this type of Hospitality.
Never was able to get my room because the key card thing wasn’t able to make keys for me to get in a room so I had to get a refund and sleep in my car because it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the refund back
I didn’t like that. I booked the room just to get there and couldn’t get a room.

My room was filthy. I requested a first floor room because I have hip issues. They gave me a 3rd floor room on the far back of the hotel, and only one elevator works. I had to walk at least 100 yards to get to my room. No ice. Vending machines didn't work.
Ir was in a good location
There is no staff from 9pm to 9am. No front desk service and you can’t check in or out during that time. Additionally, no one picks up the phone at that time.
The staff was nice
The room was nasty. The halls smelled like weed, the stairwell like urine. The place was a crap hole.
I liked the front desk clerk, she was very nice and polite. I think she deserves a better place to work.
So many things were wrong from the moment we stepped on the property.
There were obvious prostitutes, weirdos, and drug addicts all around.
It smelled like dead fish and there was trash strewn all over.
The back door didn’t have an electronic lock on it, so anyone could come in day and night.
Upon entering the broken back door, you are met with a foul pungent odor of all types of things such as: dog, feces, fish, and smoke.
The carpets were black at almost every entrance to the rooms.
The elevator was broken so we had to walk around the entire property to find the only one that actually worked. People were yelling at each other.
The pool didn’t function and I heard the desk clerk tell a group of kids that it wasn’t going to be fixed.
We were told it was a suite with separate bedroom and pulloute couch in the living area, that was a lie.
The stove had food crusted on it, the fridge looked like it had debris all over the side of it.
The fire alarm was missing.
We had to turn our key back in a leave without staying.
That staff is very nice
Needs updating and could have been cleaner, I found old clothes from a previous customer in the bathroom.
It was near the beach.
Everything. My room wasn't available. I ended up with a 1 bed room, the stove didn't work, bad odor, no tissue, no cabinet doors, another guest was rushed to the hospital for fentanyl overdose, prostitutes walking around and a family argument happened in the parking lot while we were in their dirty pool . I couldn't sleep there.
I didn’t like it never even stayed there after the said they didn’t have keys to the rooms and they have to let us in and then showed the room it stunk and looked horrible and wasn’t even the room we asked for.
