Never again…
Cons:

Shkara was helpful for the most part. However, The pool door was broken and it took them a while to fix the door before being able to use the amenities. There was a lot of sketchy people… i felt unsafe. I left as soon as i got there. I told Shkara my situation and that i wanted a refund, she spoke to her manager and apparently she said no refunds.. then i explained that i only had been there for less than an hour and she said she would talk to her manager again and never came back. I decided to just leave.

Amazing place to stay and very affordable

I loved this hotel. The employees were very attentive to my needs and the whole place was very welcoming & clean. Every time I come to Florida this is the place I come too.

Exceptional stay!

My experience at this Extended Stay America was nothing short of amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by Yaniery. She is definitely a great asset to this hotel chain. She is professional, friendly, and courteous. Yaniery went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, safe , and accommodated. Thank you so much!

Le personnel est très sympathique serviable et très agréable merci à eux, notre arrivée a l’accueil du premier et dernier jour au top un grand merci de pour votre gentillesse. Un hôtel tranquille où se poser, je le recommande, il accepte les animaux, un grand souci en moins. Parfait encore Merci.

Clean and very tranquil, definitely NOT a crack motel.
Pros:

Very polite, and were very courteous. It was not pulling teeth to get any accommodations. Staff even was outright dressed sharp. Like they care about their job. I would highly recommend this establishment for any weary travelers.
