Can’t say I will select or choose the same hotel.

Clean, convenient location

Cons:

The guy at reception, he called twice our room asking to turn the volume down “due to some customers having issues with the music” which we did the first time and then he asked us to avoid taking this situation further. Never had any problems before and we travel a lot.

Don’t stay here. They have bed bugs.
Cons:

My unit had bed bugs. I’m covered in bites all over my hands, arms, body, and legs from a 2 night stay. I changed my flight to leave early as possible because I didn’t want to stay a 3rd night here.

They don’t even have anything to put your luggage on to get it off the carpet so all my stuff is potentially infested.

They also wouldn’t compensate me for all of the issues this creates including damage to my belongings that were infested/affected.

Pros:

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room I stayed in felt like an apartment and the breakfast was great. The staff was amazing! Miss Rhonda at the front desk is phenomenal! She is so sweet and helpful and was going above and beyond to help me and the other guests feel comfortable and cared for during the ice storm we stayed through. I will be staying again and would recommend this property to anyone who needs a home away from home feel.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it is definitely not worth the price.

I liked the architecture and cozy atmosphere.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be (stains on the refrigerator door, spots in the shower, etc.) A couple of amenities in the room were not working. For example, I was simply just trying to wash the dishes after cooking and I wanted to use the dishwasher. Why did the dishwasher door not even open? Probably because it was brand new and whoever installed it forgot to take off the plastic so the customer can actually use it. And for the price I paid, the breakfast was very mid and gave me an upset stomach that entire day.

We were with 5 people and booked a room suitable for up to 5 people. The sofabed however, was totally unsuitable for sleeping so we had to book an additional room last minute. This resulted in additional, unexpected expenses. Next to that, our suite was not clean. Dirty stains on the walls and doors, hairs in the bathroom and a used bowl in the microwave. The breakfast buffet was also very bad.
