Good 3 star for a couple nights stay but slightly overpriced for what quality offered
Pros:

Pros: the room and hotel is quite clean, roomy, and comfortable for most part.
I stayed only 2 nights and didn't use amenities such as pool or anything like so i can't speak on that.

Cons:

As clean as the hotel is it is outdated and could use a freshen up (ac unit...), i still think the price is a bit high for what you get.
-When i first got in my room at almost 12am, it was hot in there (88°f).
-the ac unit worked well but was so loud.
-the breakfast is subpar to the point where it wasn't worth waking up early to get it on the 2nd morning. No fruit, no pancake or waffles. Orange/apple from a machine.
-Breakfast is from 7am to 9am and by 8.30am a lot of things are gone.
-No water bottles available in the room. Make sure to bring your water supply (unless you're fine with tap water).
Edit:
-They charge a $5/day self-parking fee !?
-last but not least it is a pet friendly hotel (great :D) but they charge a lot 200$ fee per stay. So if you're staying 1or 2 nights, your pet stay might cost you more than yours.

Great location and wonderful staff

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly

Cons:

I was on the third floor and there was a smell permeating the halls. Maybe it is the cleaning solution they use, but it was not plesant.

The state was great. The rooms were clean, and we fell safe.
Pros:

The property was clean. All the workers are friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was from 8:30 to 9:30 by the time I came downstairs. We had to wait for the food to be prepared. The pool was bigger in the pamphlet and the website.

Great facility and staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Some guests making a lot of noise outside at 2am. Not the fault of Sonesta but it went on for a long time and it would be great if staff proactively addressed the issue.

Great location
Pros:

I love where my room was it was at the end and when I walked in it was so comfortable so live in it was really perfect clean bed was excellent the mattress was truly truly perfect I slept late every time I go to Alpharetta that's the hotel I will be staying in
