The staff is great, but they get limited support from corporate. When it comes to keeping the facilities up.For example, we went almost a week and a half without an elevator we had a fire which was not their fault, but certain things. The maintenance need to be kept up.They're constantly working to try to improve it.The pool has not been opened up, but it is advertised as being a location with a pool.So they're waiting on someone to come. And check on it as far as getting it approved. But nobody is showing up.And here we are going into august practically. So the rates, if amenity, you're using for corporate to make rates, then you really need to drop the prices
I didn't like the fact the pool doesn't work. I didn't like the amount of dogs in the facilities. It's constant barking on the 3rd floor when anybody walks by which is ridiculous. But I know that's what dogs do. So I don't know if they need to have a section for them or what? And I don't like the fact that corporate keeps running up the rates for people that are there long-term. You're having a pack up and go to another location around the corner across the street is half the price of what you're asking for a night. So this is ridiculous.
Estudio cómodo y limpio..
Desayuno sin muchas opciones.
Front desk lady was very nice.
Room door jam was defective. Bathtub had damage on floor. Table missing next to bed. Remote did not work. Room was partially painted. No bathroom near lobby area. Breakfast takeout was limited. No ice machine.
Location
The room didn't have a handle to exit the room.
Proximity to our event.
Check in process could of been better, we waited over a half hour. Our check in time was 3pm didn't get in until about 3:40pm. I'm also still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. It said it could take up to two weeks and it's been a month now.
The employees and the distance from work
The staff was very nice they attended to any needs we needed and they also showed great care towards us .We would definitely stay here again upon our next visit to ATL.
The walk to the Truist stadium was pleasant, around a mile walk. Some staff were friendly.
The room was very dirty, the floors had not been cleaned before we came. Dead worm next to our bed, red liquid by the kitchen left on the floor. We came back from a baseball game and our key didn’t work anymore. Had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to come help us. It was also expensive to book in advance, for a bad experience. Better options nearby. None of the TVs had remotes and didn’t work. Washcloths also had a gross green sticky substance on it, obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly from prior use.
Staff horrible
Everything
The guy who worked was helpful
Bad building, rooms was barely clean, no amenities, their “breakfast” ended early, etc Oh did I mention the mold in the room there are pictures below if there was a way to get compensation I would because my older friend has long problems
Location was close to ballpark about a mile walk. Staff was friendly.
Not cleaned well room was dirty, only thing that looked clean was the sheets. Had to lay a towel down in the shower because it was too nasty to be barefoot in. Random stains all over the fridge and walls
The price was nice.
The Staff was nice and friendly.
The rooms need updated.
The breakfast options need updated.
The dryers on 3rd floor and the card readers on 1st floor dryers need to be repaired.
For around $70 a night, this hotel exceeded my expectations. No, it’s not the Ritz-Carlton, but if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay that’s not gross, I’d definitely recommend it.
The location was great—only about a one-mile walk to Truist Park, which made getting to and from the stadium super easy. The room wasn’t spotless, but it honestly wasn’t nearly as dirty as some reviews made it sound. Bring a few Clorox wipes and a pair of shower shoes, and you’ll save yourself a couple hundred dollars compared to nearby hotels.
One of the biggest perks was the full kitchen. These days, you’re lucky if a hotel gives you a mini fridge, so having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Overall, it’s a solid budget-friendly option, especially if you’re in town for a game or concert and just need a comfortable place to stay.
A little gross but who cares for the price.
