Will never stay at an extended stay America ever.
Pros:

Nothing. Couldn’t even get into our room. Key card didn’t work.

Cons:

The entire place was gross. Hallways never cleaned. Stains everywhere. Drug dealers everywhere. Parties in the parking lot. Not a safe place to bring your family and obviously not being managed right. Health department really needs to show up and shut it down.

Out dated, shelving in closet broken, bathtub and sink dripped, remote with no batteries or back for battery compartment (called front desk and they informed me that I would need to come down and get batteries). Pool was closed. Staff was friendly but not very professional.
