Didn’t stay … but staff very good to help with my complaint

Location was prime … very easy from main hwy

Will never stay at an extended stay America ever.
Pros:

Nothing. Couldn’t even get into our room. Key card didn’t work.

Cons:

The entire place was gross. Hallways never cleaned. Stains everywhere. Drug dealers everywhere. Parties in the parking lot. Not a safe place to bring your family and obviously not being managed right. Health department really needs to show up and shut it down.

Great I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff.. Desmond is phenomenal. He is kind and very helpful.. and very professional..

Out dated, shelving in closet broken, bathtub and sink dripped, remote with no batteries or back for battery compartment (called front desk and they informed me that I would need to come down and get batteries). Pool was closed. Staff was friendly but not very professional.

There was no breakfast.

Old run down facility, dirty, no vending machines, no ice, no drinking water, no breakfast, old beat up furniture, no remote to turn TV on, roaches.

Awful place! Just don't!
Pros:

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We arrived late, it was closed & the after hours phone did not work.
I called the hotel number & got a call center who said they would need to wake up the night attendant.
Over 15 minutes later she came down. At first she was extremely rude. She told us because it was after 11pm we were counted as a "no show". She laughed about it.
She told us that hotels.com doesn't have that info in an easy spot & told me I could look for it. She was right, I found it after really searching for it.
She said that they would agree to a refund when I got hotels.com on the phone. She also offered to charge me for another night & charge me an early check in fee. Obviously we left.
The place was disgusting and reeked of Marijuana. Another couple that came through before she got down to the lobby told us there was an accident there the day before but the staff was very quiet about it.
At first hotels.com told me they couldn't get ahold of the property but now they tell me that the hotel denied our refund.
We did not stay there. The lady thought it was funny and dogged out hotels.com about it.
I would never recommend this property to anyone.

It was my first time trying an extended stay and it will be my last.
Pros:

Nothing. It was dirty. And very much uncomfortable. Outdated.

Cons:

It was very low budget and out dated. The night receptionist Meagan was very rude. She acted as if she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. And thats okay but you dont take it out on guests.
