Good, still room for improvement
Pros:

All staff members were exceptional. Breakfast was good, as well.

Cons:

Our room only had 2 towels for our family of 3. Lotion bottle had been ripped off the wall so there was a hole in the wall. The light didn't work. And there wasn't any laundry bag.

Not a real balcony room
Pros:

Loved the breakfast and the beds were so comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like that I paid for a balcony room to find out that it was just a railing outside of a sliding door. That was the only thing I was disappointed in.

By far the best stay in the area. We’ve been here before & will return!
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay here. Nice staff, clean, comfortable hotel with an on site restaurant with great food. A real nice convenience when you’re tired from traveling. The staff went above and beyond as our first room on the first floor didn’t have heat & TV didn’t work so they moved us to another room. Very kind! The free breakfast was a nice plus as well. Such a nice full breakfast selection! Excellent!

Pros:

Convenient on/off highway.
Good nightlight in bathroom.

Cons:

More towels/washcloths in bathroom. Step or ledge for walk in shower (feet or sitting bench).
Breakfast wasn't hot. Similar to other hotel breakfasts on this trip. Could try offering something unique as well as standards.

I wouldn’t stay again

Cons:

Was charged extra for the free breakfast and was told to “yeah, booking.com does that” I’m sorry but if you know that booking.com is ripping off your customers why wouldn’t you fix that? Pretty dishonest. Bathroom was dirty. And the air conditioner had soo much dust and mold.
