The property was in a good location.

Cons:

However, since we arrived about 12:30 AM we were not allowed to check in despite the fact that we had already paid in full on Booking.com. The young lady at the desk actually complained that we were trying to check in so late and tried to charge the credit card even though it already paid in full on Booking.com.

It was ok. If it cost $70 a night I’d be ok with what we got but for $100 a night it should have been clean and a decent

Cons:

The room was not clean, sticky floor, sink and shower did not drain, used qtips in the drawers. The breakfast was supposed to be muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There were very few muffins and no hot chocolate

3rd WORLD COUNTRY QUALITY-HORRIBLE!!!

Looked like it was in a third world country!!! Smelled horrible like smoking was definitely allowed EVERYWHERE! A/C was broken in the room and no other room was available. Furniture position was awkward, bathroom was horrible! THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL I've entered into!!!

Smelled terrible I bought all types of air freshers and still never got better, tub and sink stayed stopped up which made it uncomfortable to take a shower. Dishwasher was gross. Filthy seats in the kitchen area I just was very dissatisfied for my money my 2 days stay in room 307

Wouldn’t Stay Here Again, unless it was my only option.
Pros:

The front desk lady was nice. They helped me out after Booking.com messed up.

Cons:

It was a little dirty and outdated. The tub needed to be resealed. Marijuana smell in the hotel. There was a flag hanging in the lobby that made me feel uncomfortable.

Pros:

We came out during breakfast but it was almost gone. They person attending the breakfast didn't fill up the eggs sausage biscuits etc and several people were still coming down for breakfast. We really like staying at this hotel it's clean and the new owners are so kind as we're the previous owners.

Cons:

Make sure breakfast items are ready for customers that come down between breakfast times but breakfast is low in supply.

Disappointing. Will not stay at an Extended stay again.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Aside from that there was nothing else to speak of.

Cons:

Not having a bath tub that was clogged. The tub filled with water very quickly while showering which meant the bottom of the tub was not clean. I could feel the debris on the bottom of my feet. YUCK!
Breakfast was bags of oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate. Really! Neither of my kids like oatmeal. So much for trying to save a little money with breakfast included.
I requested a cooking package so we could fix supper in the unit. Part of the reason I chose your establishment. What I received was 1 large 8qt pan, 1 medium 6qt pan, 4 dinner plates, 1 can opener, 1 knife, 3 dinner spoons, 4 dinner forks, and 3 butter knives. No cooking utensils, no toaster, no coffee maker, and no bowls. Had to go get items just to fix dinner. Again, trying to save a little money which didn't happen.
The room had only 2 chairs for seating. With a family of 4 more chairs would have been nice.
