They charged $200 more than the booking and were 5 hours late to let me check in.
Pros:

Close to downtown. 15 minutes most mornings. AC worked great.

Cons:

They charged me $200 more than the original reservation, and the room was not ready until 8pm, despite a 3pm check in time. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was sketchy.

I traveled 8 hours to stay in a trashy and disrespectful hotel that was not even trying accommodate
Pros:

The breakfast was trash. The muffins was molded and the nature valley crunchy oats n honey was out of date. My room was very filthy and unacceptable I contacted the front desk and Mark he did nothing but lie didn't want to accommodate me and put me in another room didn't want to even give me a refund the manager was not available or able to be reached, housekeeping wasn't there to clean the room. I had to go to Walmart and dollartree and spend $30 something dollars on cleaning supplies.

Cons:

It would have been better if they could have put me and my daughter in another room or come clean it up and change the sheets. The staffs attitude could have been better and respectful.

Staff is friendly.

Cons:

The room is filthy. The bathroom sink is clogged, the towels seemed not washed. They say it is a smoke-free room but when you open the door, it smell like rotten cigarette!

Not the best stay in the world but I was here for work. I’d stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean, the fridge and microwave worked great. No problems with a/c. Everything for the most part was good. Parking wasn’t bad at all. I had a spot right by my room everyday. The staff was polite as well. The laundry room was clean and pricing was fair.

Cons:

The shower head barely worked, one of the cook tops didn’t work, the “bar lock” on the door was broke when we arrived so we couldn’t lock our door, they say they have breakfast but they really only have coffee, muffins, & granola bars

A nightmare .
Pros:

The bathroom paint in the tub was peeling when asked for another room they said they couldn’t not to mention the reason why ALLthe tubs are like that was due to not enough funding … there was fights outside in parking lot and in rooms we were mistakenly put in handcuffs with my daughter with me because we were mistaken for another couple … would not give Extra towels etc when asked .

Affordable but outdated
Pros:

Inexpensive one night stay , staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room was outdated, TV was about to fall off the stand , remote didn't work and was missing the backing that holds the batteries in. Toilet seat was not secure and would shift Everytime you sat down . Tub was outdated sink was outdated.
