Terrible - didn't have my reserved room to stay in because booked.
Pros:

Nothing. Didn't even make it past the front desk.

Cons:

Booked with this hotel as we were traveling early the next morning out of Indy airport - We drove from Chicago and when we arrived at this hotel, staff was extremely rude! I was also told that they were booked and didn't have a room for us. We had to scramble to find another place to stay last minute as all we were told was "try the hotel across the street." Truly was an awful experience and I'll never use Booking again.

Worst experience ever. Whatever you do, find someplace else.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was polite.

Cons:

This place is a complete dump. The shower curtain was moldy, NO water pressure in the shower or bathroom sink, NO hot water. The floor was dirty, the table was covered in something sticky. The hallway smelled like pot. Breakfast was literally a basket of nutri-grain bars, nothing else, not even coffee. Pretty sure they use this hotel as homeless housing. I wish I would have taken pictures to share, but I was too frustrated at the time. We would've been better off sleeping in our car!

I left after 20 minutes of checking in.
Pros:

Hesus was a nice host, however everything in the hotel was terrible to the point that we have to leave and book in another hotel

Cons:

It was super dirty, I asked to be relocated to a different room and apparently they were worse than mine. Also the AC had mold and the toilet had poop on the lid. Bathtub didn’t have paint. Never again will book.

Great value for longer stays.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Not having kitchen items already available in the room was annoying but workable. The pillows made my partner have a sore neck each morning

Pros:

The front desk lady was nice enough

Cons:

Walked past staff smoking at the front door, the place smelled of nothing but weed. The check in process was ok, after staff member came in. She explained everything, was very engaging and nice. We went to the room, the main door would only close if pushed very firmly, l used my shoulder as a normal nudge wasn't doing the job. The room was very cold and the heat didn't kick in while we were there. No bedding for the pulled out sofa bed, very thin bedding provided on the other beds. The place is run down which isn't a big deal to me until I went into the bathroom. Wow, I am far from a clean freak but the bottom of the tub was very dirty, dark grey as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The walls were covered with mold and general grim, I honestly couldn't convince myself to have a shower it was so bad. The TV didn't work on any channel for more than a minute.

After being there for 30 minutes or so we decided to leave. I encourage you to look elsewhere.

Pros:

Checked in at 5 PM. No front desk clerk. Stood there for 10 minutes. Got to our room. No sheets or comforter on bed. Went back to front desk and was supposedly upgraded for free. Get to new room and there is no couch in the living area. Front desk says there are couches in some room, not in others? So what were we upgraded to? Room was dirty and neither TV remotes worked. Property was filthy, noisy, and smelled like weed.
