A nightmare .
Pros:

The bathroom paint in the tub was peeling when asked for another room they said they couldn’t not to mention the reason why ALLthe tubs are like that was due to not enough funding … there was fights outside in parking lot and in rooms we were mistakenly put in handcuffs with my daughter with me because we were mistaken for another couple … would not give Extra towels etc when asked .

Cons:

Bed had no comforters only thin blanket. Hotel smelled of weed smoke. Parties loud into late night. Stove had rusty elements. No trash can.

Pros:

The woman at the front desk was very nice and tried to do what she could.

Cons:

Walls were not completely painted.
My initial room didn't have air conditioning so they move me to a new room that had no heat.
The "breakfast" they provide is muffins and nutrigrain bars. They were expired and covered in mold.
My bathroom door handle literally fell off.

You get what you pay for, cheap but not nice
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

Old and dirty. Paint was peeling in the tub and sink. You could see hair in the tub drain.

Pros:

The price was good and location wasn't bad.

Cons:

There was a dead bug, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the sofa sleeper was terrible to put away, there were no extra blankets at all. The plug ins on the walls and the lights didn't work very well. Every time we laid down the light would turn off.

Floor is vinyl, full kitchen, no stain linen

Cons:

Dirty dirty dirty all over d room, huge ball of dust in d floors, super stained n rip chairs, falling drawers, crack sink handles, old old rooms, outdated everything in d room. Stained dirty counter tops, rusty stove tops. Would be ok eventhough it's old if it's clean. But if you want to show your kids how dirty n poor living is this is the right place for a lesson. Too expensive bec its so dirty. If it is clean price will be reasonable but NO. I can not even had the nerve to take a photo. I say thank you for d bad experience, how our son learned a lesson how can a rental place look so dirty, that there are staff that are employed but does not do the house keeping job that they are hired for, that a simple sweeping and wiping counter is not a back breaking job.

Reception was pleasant on arrival but once we got to our room found it dirty. We were not happy. Even for a budget motel

Good proximity to the airport

Cons:

It was dirty, there wasn’t any cutlery or crockery to use or even offered. There was a stove top but nothing to cook with.

Terrible - didn't have my reserved room to stay in because booked.
Pros:

Nothing. Didn't even make it past the front desk.

Cons:

Booked with this hotel as we were traveling early the next morning out of Indy airport - We drove from Chicago and when we arrived at this hotel, staff was extremely rude! I was also told that they were booked and didn't have a room for us. We had to scramble to find another place to stay last minute as all we were told was "try the hotel across the street." Truly was an awful experience and I'll never use Booking again.

Worst experience ever. Whatever you do, find someplace else.

The lady at the front desk was polite.

Cons:

This place is a complete dump. The shower curtain was moldy, NO water pressure in the shower or bathroom sink, NO hot water. The floor was dirty, the table was covered in something sticky. The hallway smelled like pot. Breakfast was literally a basket of nutri-grain bars, nothing else, not even coffee. Pretty sure they use this hotel as homeless housing. I wish I would have taken pictures to share, but I was too frustrated at the time. We would've been better off sleeping in our car!
