Baymont by Wyndham Auburn Hills South

The entire hotel smelled like weed. The bathtub needed to be clean befor using. The recliner was all tore up. Not a great experience.

Not maintained. Hallway smells. Changes rooms multiple times due to plumbing, lighting and generally bad conditions. One room smelled of bleach so strong my nose burned.

Not a fan. The room has a kitchenet, but no cooking supplies were provided. The elevator didnt work so I had to carry heavy bags up the stairs with no help. The best thing was when I saw the quality of the room and decided not to stay there was no problem with same day canceling and a refund.

Parking lot is well lit though.

The room was absolutely filthy the bed had been slept in the couches had dirt all over and the room smelled awful

I stayed for 3 hours and payed for 2 days had to leave because everything was broken, gym was broken, lights broke, tub was dirty, terrible place to stay, also they scam you with how much it costs.

Room was very dated. No soap or shower products were provided. We were given only two towels and two pillows. We requested additional towels and were told that they did not have any available extras. The bathroom door handle was broken so the door would not stay shut and could not lock. The ceiling light in the kitchen also was not fully attached and looked like it could fall and was leaking some water.

When I entered the room found trash left from prior guest in kitchen area.

Bathroom tub has an adhesive mat that I thought was removable, but was stuck to the tub.

When returning to the hotel at night it had a smell of the devils lettuce.

Clean room. Tv was broken though

The hotel had ran out of toilet paper. They had no towels when you went for breakfast. It was really nothing in there. When we asked where the laundry facility was, they said it wasn’t working. This hotel did not have much at all. I don’t think I will stay there again. P.s the bathroom door had a hole like someone kicked the bottom of it and the bedroom door had a crack by the handle

Repairs needed, tub needed to be deglazed, carpet was dirty, tv wouldn’t stand upright.

Bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The whole room had a horrible cigarette smell.

Don’t spend your money!!! Our room was super dirty, covers had stains and burn holes in it. Smell was horrendous. We paid for 2 days but left immediately when looking at the room. The front desk would only refund us for 1 day which is very crazy. I will be calling the BBB and the Attorney General asap. I have pictures as well.

I couldn't take a shower for the 4 days I was there. Nasty filthy rust or some substance covered the tub. I asked for a new room several times, but each time they said they were sold out

Bed was terrible. Very uncomfortable.
Room was not clean.

This location was not clean at all, the elevator close to the office was out of order so we had to walk to the elevator that was what seemed like a block away. The room that we got, smelled like butt, feet and prostitutes. People were coming in and out through the front entrance all night as we were trying to check in at 11:30 pm. We had to cancel our stay amd go to a different Hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The ONLY good thing for this place was Micheal who was our attendee that was sitting in for the regular attendee. Micheal was very attentive, professional, amd nice and tried to accommodate us the best that he could.

Was not impressed at all. Probably would not stay here again. Elevator was down. For a room that had a stovetop there were absolutely no cooking supplies at all.

Worst place I have ever stayed

There was a huge German Shepard in the room next to us and he barked a lot. According to the website, dogs weren’t allowed. There were 2 vehicles in the lot with flat tires, however people were hanging out in the cars.

this place was so gross..the bed suck the pillows were so not nice..the bed never had a bed sheet on it..the floor was so gross....the hole place needs to be done..dogs at this hotel .people smoking weed at this place outside there room..will never stay here again
