It went well smoothly. Staff was great and although the reason we came to St. Louis was not great they always checked in making us feel welcome, heard and great with encouraging words

The hotel room was not cleaned. There was hair and stains on the bed sheets.

It was an older location. A lot of things were being worked on. Our toilet kept running but it was fine.

I’ve been a repeat customer since this property was a Holiday Inn (30+ years) but I’m a bit disappointed. This property is tired & worn. I love the Aviation theme in the lobby but the rooms are dated. However, most importantly, the beds were super comfortable & the room was clean.
As for Housekeeping, they did not clean the halls & public areas, which had noticeable litter for several days. (Eventually, I picked up the trash, which had been sitting there for two days.) I think this property needs some “love & care.”

The refrigerator was rocking. There was no coffee creamers and sugar in the room to have a cup of coffee. The stopper in the sink was broken and you couldn't get it out.

We found several bed bugs & management did nothing about it.

Good facility out of the heart of the city. Parking lot entrance has a large wash out running across it so get ready for a bumpy entry. Have been booking this hotel for over 5 years now because it has a Hot Tub, however the Hot Tub has NEVER been IN SERVICE on any visit. Hotels.com needs to remove the Hot Tub from advertisements or make the hotel repair it. Will look elsewhere next time due to the hotels unwillingness to repair this amnetity.

The three days we were here, the ice machine on the bottom floor was out of service, and I would have had to go to the third or fourth floor to get Ice, so I bought some at a service station and put it in my cooler. Other than that, not a bad stay.

Bathroom faucet barley had water flow. The shower didnt get hot. Sheets had holes and rips in them. Air conditioner halfway worked, it never cooled down.

I like the friendliness of the people working. The front desk clerk was so helpful. She helped us with places that were around the area to go eat. Clean place to stay!! I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

I really liked this hotel. The staff is super friendly and the room was clean and the Wi-Fi was reliable and free. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good experience staying at Aviator. They asked for a $50 hold on my card. I am an international traveller and my card was not supporting the hold. Fortunately, I had my friend coming in and they made a hold on his card. Without the hold they wont let you check in, which is not fair at all.

Nice, clean, inexpensive place to stay. Check was easy, clerks were nice. Clean guest laundry. No hot tub😞 for my tired bones. Great breakfast. Snacks available in lobby. Nice bar area.
Only thing disappointing was the cable only went up to channel 18. Wasn't able to watch NBA games on tv in room. But bar had other channels😒

We came here for my sons surgery I can’t believe they hospital would recommend this place. Bugs in the room and bed. Pool was freezing

This is an older property in need of spiffing up. The paint is peeling and scratched and the carpets are stained. The bed was not great, and the bedding was about the same level.There was a very strong smell of bleach and ammonia which hinted at mold or mildew problems. The staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast included was a bonus.
