Nothing - my room stank so bad

Cons:

Everything - my room was smelled so bad and was not clean. The air vent in the bathroom was clogged with dirt and the filth was everywhere. I went to Dollar Tree and spent $20 in cleaners and a mop because my shoes were sticking to the floor. Even with me cleaning, you could not get rid of the smell. The pillows had drool stains on them. . I barely slept and was absolutely sick the next day. I could still smell the stench on me when I went to Duke University cancer center for my appointment. I requested to stop my two night stay. The manager did refund my deposit and said he would refund my money. I paid through booking.com so I have not seen the refund.

Good location and okay stay.
Pros:

The convenience of the location.

Cons:

The rooms weren't clean and it had a smell, even after I cleaned it myself and put an air vent on the AC. The shower faucet is leaking continuously. It didn't have an ice machine on the floor or main area.

The front desk attendant rosezlyn needs a raise. Pleasant, informative , understanding and friendly!!

Cons:

The bathroom floors are rotting in rm 135. Probably everywhere. You can see how the cleaners do minimal work. Not moving anything around or taking pride in that they have a job cleaning the rooms and get paid. The entry and dining room look great!

Absolutely nothing about this place I liked.

Cons:

Rooms were nasty had to change rooms from the original the room smelled like rotten fish. The pool was shut down and the alarm on the back door would go off after midnight every night. When I needed to extend my stay they made me do a security deposit every time, then canceled my refund so I’m out 300 bucks. They had people on the side of the building asking other people for money and doing drugs in the parking lot.

Horrible stat do not recommend
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty and the hallways stink really bad. It was not worth it. Then you have to pay a 100 dollar deposit which is not listed online when you book. They breakfast was included but all they put out was coffee, muffins, and oatmeal. You had to take your towels down for them to wash and go back later to grab them instead of them giving you a new set. Didn’t see any house keeping. There are homeless people standing around the outside. Just horrible. And my light switch for the kitchen didn’t work
