Dirty floors, dirty elevators, noise
Pros:

There was no breakfast, there were breakfast bars and bad coffee

Cons:

the room was dirty, the floor, the walls looked like they were recently repaired, the shower curtain did not fit over the tub, there were no kitchen utensils, very noisy, dirty hallway rugs, VERY dirty elevators, dirty door glass upon entry, the front door was ajar, very bad security, rocks placed so door would not close, the TV went out at 10pm did not finish movie, the towels were good, the sheets were fresh, no bugs, water was VERY hot, too hot, I suggest turning it down, it was dangerously hot

Pros:

No question is what did I like? Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The place was super nasty. It was people arguing screaming fighting most nights . The staff is okay but most of the time they're outside smoking talking and laughing with the guest instead of cleaning that nasty place and putting effort into making it better. The stairwells have not been cleaned in years..you can't tell who the staff and who's the guest cuz some of them don't even be in uniform. Then you want to hit me with a outrageous pet feeand my pet is cleaner than the whole place. And to be honest with you when I first got to the hotel my dog didn't even want to come inside that's how nasty it is. to each is on if this is the only place you can afford to stay. But be prepared and make sure you disinfect and have some roach spray.. and make sure you got some tools to fix a sink because my sink also was leaking into the drawers which was causing water damage again that need to be fixed so why are you outside talking and joking around when there are so many things to do to make that hotel better I will never ever stay here again or even walk inside that place

Pros:

Nothing, didn’t get a chance to actually stay there.

Cons:

After a 2.5 hour drive we were told we didn’t have a room because they’d oversold. They stated they tried to call me “numerous times” but had only called one time at 8am when I was at work, and didn’t leave a voicemail.

Experiência ruim
Pros:

Recepção, quarto.

Cons:

Pros:

A garbage bag was lying in the hallway over night plus some garbage on the hallway floor. Carpets looked generally dirty. The elevator was not particularly clean either and made strange noises when moving, leaving me to wonder if I will make it to the next floor. The device to open the door, that reads the room key worked very poorly, requiring to insert and remove the room key many times until it was recognized. This was not an issue with the room key, because it worked flawlessly on the outside doors of the facility. The room itself had a musky odor, the lamp cover in the kitchen area was partially disconnected, and the bathtub was extremely slippery and had a U-shaped bottom, making it a challenge not to fall. Free breakfast was included in the stay, but only coffee and quaker oatmeal was provided, no milk for the oatmeawl, no yoghurt, nothing else. Since the stay included breakfast, I feel taken advantage of, because I was charged for something that was not provided. I have stayed in an extended stay America before, about 20 years ago in West-Sacramento. At the time that stay was not great, but acceptable. The Extended Stay America in Raleigh, NC did not meet that threshold. I felt uncomfortable there and I would not recommend that place to anybody.
