Convenient location, safe area
The pet friendly rooms were disgusting. Very, very dirty, the room I stayed in 134 had a hole under AC, small animal could get into. Staff not great.
Don't waste your money, gross hotel.
Big room, big bathroom, breakfast was ok for this country. We slept well, the bed was comfy.
The fridge was making noise and the ventilation in the bathroom was noisy and remained noisy even after switching off the light. We had to close the door but we could still hear it from the bed.
The breakfast was ok but not great, not so many healthy choices.

location was great, hotel was beautiful, clean, room was big, clean and all necessary amenities. staff was helpful, courteous, checking in and checking out was easy and smooth! I recommend this for business, vacations, passing through! great breakfast, great restaurant. Impressed!
Room and king bed was very comfortable. The heating/cooling also worked well. The breakfast was above average and seating was adequate. Breakfast items included cheesy eggs, sausage, eggs & veggie mix, waffle maker with add on items such as nuts, coconuts, crushed Oreos, miniature chocolate chips, etc, cereal including Total cereal, Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, yogurt, English Muffins, Bagels, bread, toaster, sweet rolls, various juices, coffee, tea with 6 types of tea offered.
Checkin & Checkout was easy. A good location for easy access for lots of restaurants & gas stations. Also located directly off the Interstate. We’re very happy with this hotel!

This was my first time booking with this hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition we encountered upon arrival.
We are a family of six and booked two units—one king room and one room with two queen beds. After a 20-hour drive, we arrived expecting a clean and comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, our experience started on a very negative note.
Immediately upon entering the main entrance, we noticed a strong odor that smelled like urine. I initially tried to ignore it, hoping it was only a temporary issue and not wanting to judge the hotel too quickly after such a long journey. However, once we entered the lobby and walked through the hallway, the smell became overwhelming. The entire area had a foul odor resembling sewage, mold, and something unclean.
What was most concerning was that the smell was noticeable not only to me but also to my children. This was not a minor inconvenience—it created an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment from the moment we arrived.
I am not someone who typically complains or writes negative reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. A hotel’s cleanliness and overall environment are basic expectations, especially for families who have traveled a long distance and are trusting your property for a safe and comfortable stay.
I hope management takes this concern seriously and investigates the source of this issue. I would appreciate a response regarding what steps will be taken to address this problem and ensure future guests do not experience the same conditions.
It was clean, updated. Easy to find off the interstate.
The rooms are a little spread out.
For breakfast, such a wide variety of food was on offer with two staff members present to keep all well stocked. Excellent location, clean and tidy. An Applebee's Restaurant was within the building near the main entrance as well.
Friendly reception staff on arrival and at checkout. I highly recommend this Best Western Plus York Hotel and Conference Center. One of the better hotels I have stayed in during a three week road trip.
Close to the highway,and restaurants
Had my mom in another room, she had no cell phone, needed to get ahold of her and I guess the property had recently been remodeled but the leg of the headboard was built over the phone cord so it didn’t work.

The remodel of the hotel is nice.
The pool was not available. Our room was very damp..the floor and the bedding. The waffle maker was not working this morning.
