Hidden pet fees are just wrong.
Pros:

Good breakfast food, nice variety. Hot and cold choices.

Cons:

After I already booked the room, I was surprised with a fee for my pet, a fee that was too much. I was already locked in for the room so I had no choice.

I would stay here again., but the price was just a tad high. Nice location. Great breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice, and I loved my king-size bed.
TV was a bit hard to figure out, and I had trouble just getting the remote to move up and down, but soon I got it.

Cons:

No hair dryer. Your website said rooms had hair dryers. Mine did not.
Also, the bathroom, had no towel racks. I don't like motels where they have lovely towels folded up in the bathroom shelves, but no place to hang them after they've been used. What idiot approves this?

A nice, clean, attractive hotel with friendly staff and an exceptional hot breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best I've had at a breakfast inclusive hotel. The small omelettes were delicious, and the potato, sausage, pepper dish was also very good. Everything in the dining area was clean and inviting and the staff was friendly and efficient.
The rooms were clean and pleasant and the cleaning staff in the hallways were pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

I had requested adjoining rooms if possible when booking, but when checking in, the desk clerk did not know how to tell which were adjoining rooms on her computer. Another clerk tried to help without much success. They did manage to locate one set of adjoining rooms, but then determined one of them was occupied. After quite a long time waiting, I finally said 2 rooms right next to each other were acceptable, and she was able to fulfill that request. Other than that, there weren't any problems.
