Pros:

We got there front desk gave us a warm welcome with warm cookies(delicious).

Cons:

When we got to the room we want to watch TV remote control was missing my husband has to go downstairs to let them know.I woke up at 5 am to take a shower curtain was missing I took a shower really careful but floor hot wet anyway so I has to cleaned myself.

Many concerns about staff and booking/ checking in reservations without validating IDs
Pros:

Room was relatively clean

Cons:

When checking in they claimed that I had already checked in. I told them I didn't and they said it must've been an error, however they never asked for my ID. The room key maker was down so the front desk attendant walked us to our room, which was already occupied by someone else under my name. We went back to the front desk and asked if they checked IDs because clearly they checked someone else in under my reservation, they claimed they did but only asked for my ID after we asked. They checked and the card on file for my original room for incidentals was not my card, so whoever checked in did give their credit card at the desk. They assigned us a new room and tried to make me pay for a night even though my reservation was already paid for. He called a manager and they were able to give us the room, only charging my card for the incidentals. This process took over an hour and it was already 1am when we arrived and we just wanted to sleep. We finally got in a room at 2am, but felt uneasy about this whole situation. We were worried at any point someone could just key into our room. The next day we had to stop at the front desk to have our keys made when another guest came down and stated he just walked into his room which was also already occupied by another guest, so this is a reoccurring issue, and a safety concern. We did get breakfast vouchers for our troubles, which was fine, but nothing spectacular. Then after we checked out my incidentals hold on my card was never refunded. I called the hotel multiple times and they assured me that it was automatic and that there was nothing they could do on their end to process the refund so I had to open a billing dispute with my credit card. This stay was a nightmare.

Not a good night of sleep
Pros:

Look and feel of the whole place

Cons:

I thought it was very noisy on my floor after 10pm then more people were loud in the halls . And then at about 145am or 2am we heard loud banging twice, like someone was throwing or moving furniture. So I did not sleep well... I was very mad about that.
