No room cleaning for 5 days stay, even we ask for it everyday. dirty bathroom, noisy, you can hear everything from the room next to you. broken faucet. we have to go to front deck to ask for clean towels and everyday.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and I asked twice for them to clean the room and they didn’t. When I asked them to bring new sheets and I’ll change it they refused and told me to wait till tomorrow. He promised they would clean and change the sheets but nothing was cleaned or anything, I had to keep asking for bags and towels because no one would come and check up. HORRRIBLEEEE!!!!!

Walking and smelling the scent of fabuloso lavender never gets old… i am always greeted by staff. It was a busy night but i was served right away…The room was clean and smelled good the rugs were cleaned and that’s a great thing….As per usual i will be back
