I was pleased, with nothing to complain about. Had the microwave, Keurig and a mini-fridge. Bed was comfortable. I heard practically no outside noise during my stay. Check in and out were a breeze. Nice lobby. Was able to take a hot shower. The hotel in in with a group of two other hotels. Wawa was nearly adjacent.

Needing a coupon for breakfast! Had no idea and it was off putting to our guests!
The breakfast, which was $14 extra per day, was wonderful. They even served pork roll, a New Jersey specialty (aka Taylor Ham) which I hadn't had in years!
The staff was very helpful. They will even print out documents for you, which is difficult to get done elsewhere, especially for free.
This was my 4th or 5th time staying at the hotel. For my needs, the location is good, conveniently off of Exit 10 of I-295 . Its name is misleading as it is in New Jersey, not in Philadelphia or even in Pennsylvania. It is, though, one exit south of
The hotel is in the midst of updating/modernizing its elevators and its room key system. The latter, in particular, is not very efficient yet, and required visits from the maintenance staff. If you carry them near anything electronic, they cease to function. That includes using the vending machines in the reception desk area.
The vending machines themselves are very overpriced. Guests would do better to stop at the Wawa store on their way into or out of the hotel. They have a great selection of snack foods and light meals at reasonable prices.
Great location and comfortable stay!
We was not able to stay because the NJ state of emergency due the whether. We asked fir refund we spend hours on the phone. Nobody was able to help manager included.
This facility allows dogs and we had a barking dog next to our room.. even a little barking during a vacation can be annoying.. hotel was clean but needs a facelift for it’s an older building.. was surprised to see wallpaper peeling and ceiling tiles sagging.. this is a very desirable place to stay with its nice banquet facilities! Staff was very nice and pleasant!
Great job
Room: needs update. Mold stains on molding.
Bathroom: mold on the ceiling
Door locks constantly had issues, one of the elevators was broken, the whole place needs a remodel and revamp. They charge $14 per person for breakfast that any other hotel has free and it’s not like the place was dirt cheap at $200/night. On the plus side, staff were always nice and helpful. It’s not the worst place ever but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a choice.
Room was clean, shower drain was clogged. Hotel overall was okay. The staff at the front desk were kind.
clean, quiet, convenient location
Room was full of mildew and a smell of urine. Was a pet friendly room. We had special clothes for a wedding and had a night in a room full of mildew. We arrived late and didn’t ask to move room as we were very tired from driving from NY and Boston. Our skin was itching and reacting to it. I complained the next am and the offered us another room-no one was made available to move our luggage -for 3 of us. Second room was an improvement but still stale air. We are very unhappy. Staff said they weren’t able to comp us for the night or any relief for one night of 2, where the room was an abominable. I would like a refund for one night’s stay. The bill was over $500 for a room that was totally unacceptable. Please reply with a statement of refund for the one night of the stay.
Breakfast buffet had dirty ceramic coffee cups-I’m glad not to have throw-away items but they need to be washed!
Staff were polite but unable to offer support in moving us to other room.
.
Whole establishment is tired and under-whelming; from the elevators to the décor in the rooms to the staff!
We had a pet friendly room. It smelled terrible, like wet dogs. Very musty, with no exhaust fan in bathroom. Carpet was musty and worn out. Window covering was stuck in open position. Older hotel, a bit run down. Beds were pretty comfy. Expected more from a Holiday Inn.
Door locks didn't work. Had to get a new key every time. Loud noises of unaccompanied minors in the hallway until after midnight when my husband finally went out and told them he was calling the front desk. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:15 wanted to know when she could clean.Desk staff was friendly.
Great.
