Disappointing!! Now worry will booking with BOOKING.COM cause similar future issues?
Pros:

Location was convienient for our need. The Kitchenette was useful.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, There was a Roach in the Bathroom, the floor was bare and very cold.
I was disappointed, mainly at how my family was undergoing unsafe and dangerous situations on the floor she was at and the unsafe atmosphere she was put in. She is currently experiencing a form of PTSD for the situation she was put in and at that it happened twice in a row. This was due to the front desk attendants neglect as well as the Management. The room was resold the same night my family checked in and a male stranger had a key to enter their room a few hours later. Same incident the following night. There was NO form of applogy made to our family. No email or a visit from Management or Corporate office. Situation uncalled for!! We addressed it directly to the front desk, but noone reached out yet!!

Location was good. Parking was ok I guess

Cons:

I had 2 rooms before 1am. The first hadnt been cleaned at all, went and got another room. 2nd one had been partially cleaned but we were to tired to care about the rest. Hallways were dirty, smelled like pot, dirt and incense. Beds were absolutely horrid with springs, need new ones.
A/C-heater dedicated to fo as it wanted and hot water was to be desired.Need more parking spots, to many people who werent staying there, who was partying took the spots. Will not be staying at this chain any longer. I asked for corporate's phone #. Gave the desk clerk the photos I took. Thats how bad!

Horrible hotel.
Pros:

Didn't like anything about this hotel.

Cons:

The TV was broken in the room we were given. Then we were transferred to a different room. Hotel is in a bad location, next to a very busy street. Barely got a wink of sleep. It almost felt like the windows were wide open letting all the traffic noise come in. The bathtub was backed up. Had to take a fast shower so the tub wouldn't fill up while showering. Didn't have any bath towels in the bathroom. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Bare minimum hotel

The rooms were clean and updated

Cons:

It had the bare minimum. There wasn't a blow dryer, coffee pot or an iron and ironing board. There wasn't even a place to hang a towel. There's a kitchen but didn't have a cup, plate or spoon. I guess you'd have to bring it all with you if you plan on staying more than a few days. It says that there is a breakfast in the morning and they had coffee and old muffins. Make sure to pack everything you'll need for an overnight stay because this hotel has nothing.

I would pay more money for the comfort of a more comfortable mattress.

Mattress uncomfortable could feel springs. No blow dryer, breakfast items gone too quickly due to guests taken way too much and not a variety.the tub needs to be refinished looks grungy and the shower curtain definitely needed to be cleaned .
