The room had no air conditioning it didn’t work. Was hot in the room all day.

Appearance, dirty, false advertising

No security locks on the room doors, garbage piled up high against wall and stinking outside elevator and before hallway to rooms.
This facility is not a hotel. It is used as public housing and should not be advertised as a hotel.
I had to check out after I arrived and find another hotel. I did not stay for my reservation and expect a full refund if I was charged.

The water park is closed down. The entire building was dirty and run down. The smell in the hallway was overwhelming. All the walls have stains and are falling apart. Paint chipped and peeling in entire facility. We used the stairs because we were concerned about the status of the elevators in the building. For the over 200.00 a room, it was absolutely not worth the stay!

My door looked ghetto, didn't inform me about breakfast or check out time.

All of it. Clean it , fix it and don’t advertise things that don’t work. When walking in the building you get slapped in the face with a very pungent smell of Pine-Sol spaghetti and Chinese food. On top of that you have the heat set at around 90° or higher that was horrible. Heading to the room, the floors were disgusting. Walls are peeling paint rug carpets are peeling off the walls. We got to our room while noticing most of the doors didn’t have locks or handles assuming those rooms were not rentable. Our room the lock was there did not work. The countertop in the bathroom was broken, threatening stickers on the bathroom mirror the heater/ air conditioner sound like a jet going off. Light switches didn’t work. The bed was broken and being held up by weird looking sticks same as the bathroom counter. Doors slamming all hours day and night could not sleep the pillows. I’m not sure what was in. Those felt like some weird plastic things couldn’t sleep with that either the property itself had piles and piles of large amounts of dog shit laying everywhere. Hope this helps.

Dirty run down and air conditioner wasn't working.

It looks nothing like the pictures on booking very false advertising.The water park area was closed. They person that checked us in said it was just closed for the weekend... Nooo that has been closed for years. There was a hole in the roof above the the water slides, there was a cover on the pool area that was halfway falling in, the fence was falling apart.. The room had hardly any working lights, the curtains were pretty much falling down there was a hole in the wall where it looks like someone hit it from the outside. It smelled like weed, mold and mildew the ceiling was water stained.DISGUSTING

BED BUGS!!! The place was nasty. No working elevators or pool. Everywhere you looked it was dirty and stained.

Dog barking non stop next door.
Water park was closed.
The elevator didn't work, and I got room on the fourth floor.
Broken fridge - door couldn't close.
The toilet doesn't flush properly.
Broken, unsafe furniture.
Dirty floor.
Scary stair case.

Our doors to the rooms: 1 did not lock at all, every room key worked for the other room so there was no security. We slept with tables against the door. The water park was not and will no be open for the foreseeable future. The AC in one room did not work. The toilets were easily clogged and we plunged them ourselves. One room didn’t have a refrigerator. The outside windows were cracked along with the side doors to the hotel. The whole place smelled terrible of marijuana and pee. Our blankets had cigarette holes throughout them.

Smelled bad, mold, elevator didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, they don’t refill towels
