I will NEVER stay here again
Pros:

Leaving was my favorite part.

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting. The smell was horrific. Mattresses ripped, stained, smells. Pull out couch was broken, held together by a lamp that didn’t work. Fake nail, bandaids, and metal nail found in the waterpark. Lifeguards not dressed for the job. 4/5th floors ceilings are falling apart and the pieces are lying on the floor. No ice machines working. Overall disgusting. I have more pictures, but won’t let me add them.

Cons:

Nothing in my room worked the bathroom was missing ceiling tiles the room windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them the microwave didn't work. It claims breakfast included but all they offer is a bowl of cereal thats it that's not a true continental breakfast.. the tub didn't work in my room it was just horrible all around. Also rooms are dark no lights except a lamp or two that barely work

Roaches in the room , dirty bathroom dirty towels. Tub was nasty . Sink was dirty and messed up (detached) no heat in room. Overall it was not a place to stay with kids .

Waterpark for the kids it’s perfect.

Cons:

I got out from the hotel with bed bugs bites and my son too. Hotel can work on been more clean, my bathroom had hair in the shower and the sink did not work. We had a great weekend but hotel can definitely be more clean and check their beds.

No towel bars in bathroom , shower head needs to be replaced ! Paid for the water park very disappointed $43.20 for 2 seniors and the only thing for us was the hot tub ! Price should be included with the hotel room !!!!

Find another place to stay .
Pros:

We checked out 5 minutes after checking in and booked another hotel while in the elevator

Cons:

It was so gross. The lobby was beautiful but once you left the lobby it was all downhill from the there. The carpets was dirty , the whole place smelled like stall cigarettes and weed. Loud music was blaring from guest rooms and garbage was all along the halls. The elevator they had us use the control panel door was open and once we got to our room there was mold all along the wall where the ac unit was , broken out let and outlet covers. We turned around walked out the room booked another hotel and checked out immediately. There was also old shopping carts outside and at each entrance people were propped up smoking and drinking and hanging out.

The truth about quality inn
Pros:

I liked it being close to the downs and smoking room.

Cons:

I didn't like being kept up all night by leaking pipes, I didn't like having to pay for my own ashtray. I really did not like being woken up at 9 am from house keeping when check out isn't till 11... oh, they were definitely back at 11:10. My taxied was running late... mind you, I paid for 4 rooms, and they gave me no grace on the checkout. Cause 1120, they came back with 2 people and wouldn't let me close my door. This hotel is falling apart... go anywhere else!!!
