Great stay will use again!
Pros:

Fresh clean smell, no carpets! Rooms newly renovated. Staff unbelievable. Great stay will definitely try to stay again.

Cons:

Nothing everything fine. Even got two waters and cookies with room. Appreciated for our late check in.

Cons:

Carpet in hallways very dirty , your staff charging for water bottles. When a client pay more than 300 hundred dollars US to pay per night then 20cents water bottle should not be charged. It’s disappointing.

Our new hotel for Long Island visits!
Pros:

We've visited Long Island many times and this was the first at The Holiday Inn Westbury and it will be our "Go To" hotel from now on! The customer service staff including the restaurant was exceptional, the room comfortable and clean and the breakfast was....top notch! Individual brewed coffee hit the spot! Thank you!
