We enjoyed a lot our stay. The staff was great!!
Great location close to my office. Jose and Leon are the very best!!
Breakfast at Carnegie Diner was delicious. The hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms were more spacious than I expected and bathrooms were top notch, clean, good water pressure. Great place to stay as home base for our family NYC trip.
Location,Police had street blocked off! Didn’t get into hotel until 3:00am had time park on the street and got a ticket. That was the night New York won
Very cozy and smelled very good! Shout out to Pav for ending our stay on an amazing note!
Our 1st time visiting New York from the UK. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Great location, food amazing, staff are all very friendly, especially Jose the bellman who goes over and above to make sure your stay is incredible.
Will definitely visit again.
We had a wonderful stay at the Martinique Hotel and would definitely come back. Our room was great…extremely comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The staff really made the experience special. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you for helping make our trip to New York such an enjoyable one!
My stay at the Martinique Hotel on Broadway was excellent.
The room was very clean, and the bed was perfect.
It is ideally located to get to all the famous landmarks within New York.
The Bronze Owl bar had a great atmosphere and vibe.
The staff ere very friendly, especially Candace, who went out of her way to provide me with lots of information about the Hilton membership scheme, that I wasn't aware of.
A great location in midtown and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The location cannot be beat and the staff were all incredible - FIVE STARS FOR JOSE! I'm not even sure what his official role is (bellman, concierge, travel guide, guardian angel?), but he is amazing. I will definitely recommend Martinique New York to my friends, and I can't wait to return.
I had an amazing experience with Zeke the week of June 8th while I was visiting NYC. Zeke was incredibly helpful and patient. Zeke remained helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, and patient to all the guests in line and me. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and will visit again!
The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable.
Thanks so much for your hospitality!
Mario was great! Gave us some great locations! Provided a welcoming atmosphere! Very knowledgeable and accommodating! 10/10 first time New York experience and wouldn’t pick anywhere else! -Jesus Colin
The staff was very helpful and always happy
I loved the experience at the Martinique because the beds were so comfy, it had a amazing air conditioner, and the staff was so nice.
I including the rest of the Bakersfield College Choirs and Bakersfield Master Chorale stayed for five days at the Martinique. First I must say I was very thankful and impressed with the staff who were kind, caring, and helpful in their service and professionalism, there are two members in particular who I wish I could give distinction to. The interior design was beautiful and along with the staff created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and was well ventilated with many options for TV entertainment. The exercise area had plenty of equipment and variety for different kinds of exercises and workouts, there was a water station, towels, and the music that played was nice. Finally, the location of the hotel within Manhattan was great; next to the metro, a little park square, food vendors, restaurants, grocery stores, and was next to the Empire State Building. The experience was piquant, I treasure the memories but will miss both the Martinique and New York City for all of the time that I will be separated from its milieu.
A beautiful and iconic building with a fabulous first floor restaurant. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
Mario provided excellent customer service from day one until our departure, always greeting us and helping us with our luggage too. Our stay at Martinique overall was also excellent.
This was my second stay at the Martinique and overall had a great experience! I enjoy this hotel for the great location central to many attractions throughout the city and very conveniently located with a subway entrance just steps outside the front door. We arrived well before check-in time but went to see if any rooms were available anyway. As a diamond I was given a complimentary upgrade from a two double room to a two queen room, but was told that neither room type would be available early. I was given the option to pay to upgrade to a deluxe two queen which would be available right away, but we declined. I was a little suspicious of the offer as I experienced the same situation on my last stay, where I could get into a room early only with a paid upgrade. My stay was booked on two separate reservations as it was cheaper to book one night with points and a second paid night rather than use the money + points option, and to my surprise they were able to check me in for both nights and activate my key for both nights at the same time. Usually when I have an extra night booked I have to stop by the desk each morning to reactivate my key and re-check in, so it was nice they could do that all at once for me. The staff that I interacted with were all very friendly.
Upon reaching the room I was surprised to discover that even 3 years after the last time I was here, the entire building is still wrapped up in scaffolding and heavy cloth, meaning there was no view out of the windows. I was excited to have a nice view of the street from our 16th floor window but we didn't spend too much time in the room so not a huge deal. The room itself was very nice but quite small, but small is the norm in New York. There were plenty of outlets all over the room which I appreciated. The bathroom seemed recently renovated, but the majority of the door was made of frosted glass. I think a lot of hotels feel that they are adding to the luxury feel when they add these types of door, but in reality it just makes the bathroom experience feel less private. At least it was a standard closing door rather than a sliding door like many hotels are using, but in such a small space every minute of privacy counts, plus the light comes right through into the rest of the room!
We visited during an unseasonably warm week in May, it was over 90 degrees the whole time we were there, but the air conditioning still got nice and cold and stayed that way all through the night and even when we were away during the day, giving us a nice cold room to come back to after sweating to death on our adventures.
The location of this hotel is great! It's in midtown without being in the middle of Times Square, and it is right on top of a major subway station and just a short walk away from other stations. It doesn't take too long to get anywhere you need to go within the city, and it's easy to get to queens and brooklyn too! We love the location in Koreatown, especially the proximity to H-mart and the bakeries. Little Italy pizza is also a short walk away! We did not dine in any of the restaurants but did use the lobby cafe for a quick bite in the morning. Their sandwiches and pastries are about what you'd expect for a place like that but the fresh squeezed OJ was really good!
Overall I did enjoy my stay here and the problems that I encountered were easily overlooked. It is expensive, but on track for other hotels in the area. I would stay here again if my priority was to have a nice central location in the city.
I had a great stay and want to thank the management team for their excellent customer service. Although I experienced an issue upon arrival, it was handled professionally and promptly. Mr. Babacar The manager took the time to meet with me, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to make things right. I truly appreciate the care and hospitality shown throughout my stay. Thank you!
