Every day, she went above and beyond—checking in on my well-being, offering assistance, and ensuring everything was perfect in my room. Excellent service, great hotel!
Pros:

The hotel and staff were lovely, the room was cleaned to a perfect standard every day. Hassan was so helpful when we were leaving and sorted our taxi and bags. Service with a smile! I would 100% stay here again!

Excellent stay with great service!
Pros:

My stay was great! Veronica at the front desk especially was amazing. She made me feel welcomed as a Diamond member and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my room. She truly deserves a raise.

Hotel is great, the room service was excellent, and the overall experience was excellent. I look forward to coming back again and totally recommend this property.

Pros:

What a wonderful hotel to visit, we stayed two nights. The convenience to shopping and MSG was amazing. We were welcomed by Candace, who is a total joy. This woman is amazing, delightful and welcoming to NYC. She loves NYC and inspires confidence as an Australian visiting here for the first time with my granddaughter. We need her to train staff in hospitality in Australia.

Outstanding Service from Caroline at Check In
Pros:

I had a fantastic check in experience at the Martinique New York on Broadway thanks to Caroline at the front desk. I arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the standard check in time, and she couldn’t have been nicer. Since I’m a Gold member, she kindly arranged an early check in and even upgraded my room from a queen to a king.

The new room is wonderful! A comfortable king bed, a nice sitting area, and everything feels clean, modern, and really well done.

What really stood out, though, was Caroline’s attitude. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who clearly enjoys their job and makes guests feel taken care of.

A great start to my stay ! **five stars for Caroline and the Martinique!
