All packages must be retrieved upon guest arrival. Date of arrival and registered guest's name must be on all packages. Fees are applied per guest name, per stay. First package free; all additional packages are USD 25.00 each.
Guest parking rates are $65 for regular sized cars and $75 for oversize cars. No in/out privileges. Also, the garage is located at: 111 W. 31st Street between 6th and 7th Avenues.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The location is great, Jose the Bellman is fabulous, I give him a 5 star rating, location will be a 5 star rating, room rating is a 3, beds and pillows are a ZERO Housekeeping is a 5, front desk, Carolyn a 5 star, Tara the manager is a 5, security is a 4, this is because one of them was rude and just didn't want to be bothered, there was another bellman who is very rude and acted as if a question was a huge bother, but JOSE made up for it. The transportation to airport was set up, but the driver was informed by JOSE flat fee of $75 and when arriving at airport, he charged me $80. INCORRECT INFO WAS GIVEN REGARDING THE RESORT CREDIT, AT END OF STAY I WAS CHARGED AND THEN TOLD I WOULD BE CREDITED BACK WHICH ONLY SOME WAS, BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED CREDIT.
This is the 2nd time I’ve been to the Martinique Hotel. Our stay here is always positive, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Sophia at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The entire staff makes this hotel experience so special. Also the hotel is in great condition.

Week of meetings between downtown and midtown- the Martinique is a perfect mid point. As others have noted this location is in a busy, not the most scenic area- but you can’t beat access to the numerous easy subway connections immediately adjacent to hotel. The hotel itself is a great, true business trip hotel. It has a great all day restaurant in the Carnegie Cafe and the rooms are above average for mid tier Hilton properties. Make sure to get a deluxe room since they have been upgraded in the last few years. I am Hilton Diamond member and received a $32/day credit which was great for breakfast or lunch each day. Room size is very large for NY standards- wish they had some drawers to put things away, but plenty of hanging space and shelves as you enter the room. Best to request a higher floor for less noise as this is a busy area, but overall couldn’t have asked for a better week stay. Also want to note that the maid service is great at the hotel.
Always feel home at my “home away from home”. Pleasant hotel at the heart of Manhattan. Having all amenities one wants traveling. People are friendly and greeted with a smile by receptionists Caroline and Sophia, doorman José and cleaning lady Kelly amongst all other staff that go beyond to ensure you enjoy a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
We had a great stay at this hotel! Location is perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept. Rooms are on the smallish side but you’re in NYC so we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would definitely stay again!
The customer service staff is always making sure I am comfortable and have everything I need, going above and beyond. It is always a pleasure seeing and working with them. Caroline, Sophia and Veronica specifically.
My friend and I stayed at the Martinique for a long weekend, which we really enjoyed! Location was great, we were able to walk to all of the shows, shops and restaurants and never needed to take a taxi or the subway. We enjoyed meals at the Carnegie diner and drinks at the Bronze Owl, which we also got daily credits for. They were accommodating with late check out, and Hassan was wonderful in holding onto our bags for us until we were ready to depart, and he arranged a taxi at a great price to get us to the airport. Shout out to Mario, too- all of the staff was lovely.
Candace Neal was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such a warm smile and positive energy. She was friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy and fun. It honestly felt like being helped by a friend rather than just staff. She went above and beyond to make our experience special. Thank you, Candace, for being so awesome!

Lovely hotel. I was part of a 26-person college student/faculty tour group, and we stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect, adjacent to several NYC MTA subway lines, as well as PATH trains to New Jersey. You're also just a few blocks away from Times Square, Penn Station, and many other Midtown attractions.
The hotel has been lovingly restored. My only mark is that my room was TINY, with a double-bed, one side table, a small built-in with desk, and a small area for clothes on hangers or cubbie holes. But you can't enjoy NYC in your hotel room. Just check in advance so you know the size of the room. (I've had smaller rooms in NYC, BTW.)
The lobby staff for bell/luggage services was outstanding, very helpful. Special thanks go to Hassan and Jose for helping our group get in and out of the hotel with all our luggage.
I would love to return to visit this hotel on my next visit.
