Pros:

Pas de bruits extérieurs qui filtrent à l'intérieur de la chambre.
Situation de l'hôtel et valet.
Bar et restaurant dedans.

Cons:

Petits déjeuners pas adaptés au prix de la nuit.
Pas de bacon avec le toast et l'oeuf, pas de jus d'orange ou alors un verre à 9$.
Il faut souvent piocher dans le menu et payer beaucoup cher.
Payer à l'avance auprès de l'hôtel un forfait pour le dépenser dans le resto sur place avec des règles strictes. Si pas dépensé c'est perdu.
Bruit dans le couloir et notre chambre qui était située à côté du local pour l'entretien donc passage de la femme de ménage toute la nuit... Les fenêtres sont mieux isolées que la porte de la chambre clairement.

흑인 여직원 너무 불친절 함. 부킹닷컴에서 셀프 취소 했다고 룸하나가 취소됨. 커펫이 너무 눅눅하고 더러워 힘듬. 침대 너무 가려움

The hotel was nice, employees were friendly & helpful & the location was close to MSG & the subway.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked housekeeping for extra coffee & pillows & got them right away. In the evening they had a staff member checking to see if you had a room key to get past the concierge desk, so that made me feel a little more safe.

Cons:

The bathroom was pretty small. I thought the extra Destination Charge of $40 pure night was a little high. We could only get back $15 a day towards food/drinks if you charged it to your room.

체크인시 무례하고 귀찮다는 표정의 여직원, 룸 두개를 예약했는데 부킹닷컴에서 셀프 취소했다고 ᆢ 체크인이 30분이상 걸림.
룸은 몹시 낡았고 침대는 가려웠고ᆢ 카펫이 몹시 축축하고 낡았음. 퀸룸은 창도 막혀있고 냉장고도 없음. 밤새 시끄러운
코리아 타운 거리 소음ᆢ
다시는 숙박하지 않겠음.

Loved it! Would stay there again and recommend
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel in the perfect central location for day trips to either end of NYC. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was very timely. Great beds! Parking garage 1 block away. Rooms must be insulated well, didn’t hear any noise from outside or in the hall from our room.

Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is exceptional with the subway station right outside the hotel.

Easily the worst housekeeping ive ever experienced in a hotel. They do not care and the standards are clearly not being monitored. Of my 8 night stay - 2 days my room was not serviced, not one day I would say was done 100% - each day there was something wrong or something not done like missing bath mat, toilet paper not replaced, bins not emptied, daily complimentary bottled water not given or disposable coffee cups not replaced. It became a running joke with my family what would be wrong each day we returned to our room. Overall a good hotel let down terribly by the housekeeping staff.
