Je suis contente au moins qu’ils nous est relocalise.

Ont a été redirigé vers un autre hotel

Cons:

D’apprendre une fois rendu sur place que notre séjour était annulé qu’ils n’avaient apparement pas d’eau chaude. L’odeur à la réception était horrible. L’état l’hôtel à la réception était lamentable n’avait pas l’air d’un hôtel

We reserved a room for 3 nights but basically cancelled the next 2 nights. Hotel is very dated.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and location was close to the thruway, restaurants, stores, etc.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower turned lukewarm in a few minutes and the blow dryer started smoking! The heater was also very loud so it was hard to get to sleep.

Surprised the hotel would assign rooms with faulty doors when others are available.
Pros:

The location was very good, near consumer square and lots of eateries.

Cons:

We were initially assigned a room with a door that had difficulty locking. It was unclear why we were given this room, especially since other rooms were available. When we asked whether the hotel would be held responsible if anything were stolen due to the faulty door, the staff member stated that they would not be liable for any such incidents. We then requested a different room, and the staff accommodated us.
