Overall comfort cleanliness and quiet
Staff in morning when we left was rude towards Wyndham / Comfort Inn when I pointed out a couple of things they should consider addressing re the room — like the door lock not working, no body lotion in the shower; she should not be working in a customer facing position.
On the other hand, The associate who welcomed us the night before was informative and lovely!

The place was so bad & dirty we left. There were blood stains on pillows, and makeup stains on the towels. The TV was out of service at the whole property. I would never stay there again! The people at the front desk didn’t have shoes on and told us there was nothing they could do. The owner denied he was the owner and told us to leave.
How friendly the staff was niceand was very accomadating. Friendly and courteous.

L’hôtel a besoin d’amour. Beaucoup de réparations seraient nécessaires et la propreté laisse à désirer. Il y a trop peu de staff.

Pour les enfants la piscime est bien mais très vieille et pas très propre.
La propreté est épouvantable, l'hôtel est en décrépitude, la tapisserie léve partout les murs sont sales les tapis humide, les fenêtres ne ferment plus étanche. Honnêtement nous ne y retournerons pas.
i usually like this hotel, but this time it was a disorganized mess, understaffed, and mold in the bathroom

Lors de notre arrivée, la chambre était très sale, il y avait des bonbons au sol et près du frigo, une cuillère et un soulier près du lit, tous des éléments qui étaient clairement à la famille d’avant. Plusieurs coulisses sur les murs. Nous avons demandé à être changer de chambres, mais on nous a répondu que c’était impossible. Nous avions un couple d’amis sur un autre étage et la chambre n’était pas plus propre. Nous venions ici depuis les 5 dernières années et c’était convenable, mais cette année c’était la dernière. L’état des lieux est lamentable.
The location was great. Really liked that there was a cart to help get things to our room on the third floor. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind!
My bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like the box spring was broken and I was sinking into the bed. There was also gum stuck in the corner behind the door. Not from any of us and I found it disgusting. I was not touching it.

La piscine était chaude et propre mais eau brouillée. L'emplacement était idéale. Lit super confortable mais beaucoup trop haut.
Le personnel est bête, l'odeur que dégage les tapis est affreuse. La chambre sentait le vieu pipi pas lavé mélangé avec l'humidité. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les fenêtres ne sont pas doublées donc on entendaient les véhicules sur l'autoroute. Les gens parler dans le stationnement et...le vent haha. Le rebord de fenêtre etait rouillé. La tapisserie est toute décollée tellement que c'est humide. Nos livres, vêtements était humide! Il y avait aussi beaucoup de mouches à fruits alors que nous n'avions pas mangé à la chambre.
