Cost too much for what you get.
Pros:

Very poorly maintained. Common areas not vacuumed or mopped. Front door not working.

A place that exceed your expectations
Pros:

There is a lot of good to be said about this hotel: impeccable cleanliness, incredibly friendly staff, and very comfortable beds.
But the best part of all is the breakfast—a huge selection of dishes, including freshly cooked porridges, and excellent coffee.
And the Lady serving breakfast is simply the best; a special thank you to her for her hospitality and professionalism.

Cons:

I booked the room thru Booking.com who sent a confirmation email with the total amount due. The hotel charged a higher amount. When I questioned hotel staff after the fact, they would not own the error and blamed Booking.com instead. The attitude of the person I spoke with far less than what I expected. Even though the hotel made the charge, they flat refused to correct the error and credit the difference.

Worst night ever
Pros:

Rewards Club member since 1992 and I've never had a worse experience. We specifically asked not to be put in a pet room/ pet floor and were placed there anyway. Dog started barking across the hall at 5:30 AM and front desk clerk was powerless to stop it. The barking went on for 30+ minutes. Beer cans littered about the front part of property. All-in-all -a dreadful experience.

Pleasant after they made things “right “

Everything was breaking in the one room so they switched me to a different room which was fine. I ended up coming back to stay because they made right on there promised to give me $50 back.. I’m still waiting for it to come in my inbox as a refund. Because the staff was very kind, I decided to stay here again.

Wonderful! Great price!
Pros:

Loved having coffee available. The staff could not have been nicer snd so attentive to our requests. The location is great. You can walk to McDonald’s or a lovely bar/restaurant next door Clark’s. Great location. Fast to Myrtle or the other way to beaches.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful. The property is clean and has a good view on the backside. The room was very nice, big and setup nicely. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Storm fast approaching
Pros:

Clean, spacious, calm atmosphere. Very nice Express.
Winter Storm Fran will be in the SE in a couple of days. The staff stayed focused on maintaining a calm, relaxed relationship with guests.
Azia is a gem for this organization. So knowledgeable and helpful. Just a beautiful person. I adored how patient and encouraging she was with her teammate. Her professionalism in coaching while keeping us, the client, engaged did not go unnoticed. She has upward talent! I wouldn’t want to lose her - she’s your asset.
