LOOKS BETTER ON THE OUTSIDE THAN THE INSIDE. RUSTY TUBS. OLD BEDS THAT WERE SUNK IN AND JUST NASTY

The rooms smell like cigarettes bad the walls had bad damage, a/c is bad dofnt work at all . The sofa bed was dirty n old.. no no .i understand they in renovating the rooms but they could at least put us in the new renovations rooms .. i was just simply not satisfied only thing yes got in to check in early. But the staff from night didnt want to check me in early in the am am until the second staff team was there thankfully for them they gave me the room early to rest ... Breakfast poor breakfast , where the eggs where the waffles smh just bad

Was honestly one of the worst places ive ever been and i was raised in the ghetto, lukewarm refrigerator and leaking ac unit. the entire building REEKED of mildew and there was holes in every wall, you could even feel them in the floors over their poor floor paneling and carpeting

First off walking through the door you smelled nothing but musty armpits which came from the front desk. The lobby area couch was torn and the carpet was stained and filthy. No bathroom to use after traveling over 4 hours. After going up and down the elevator 2 times with a room key that wouldn’t work the unhelpful attendant finally gave us a room key to another room and no lock on the door, 2 stained pillows on a bed, stained towels, no top drawer in the chest, a big hole in the couch, unclean stained tub. No I couldn’t stay. Just totally grossed out. Never again.

Entire property smelled like weed. Place looks nothing like the pictures. I don’t know how anyone was staying there.

This place is run down and outdated. As soon as i opened the door and stepped into the room i see roaches. Im like ok thats a bad sign. Wake up to take a shower and guess what is watching me shower, YEP a roach. No one wanted to hear about it at the front desk. Its not allowing me to post pictures but i have a few to post

They offered me a refund bc the room was so bad, I want the refund from expedia

Was locked out of room when I stepped out to notify stalk that there was no Internet.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. To start, there was no WiFi for the entirety of my stay. The hallways were littered with stains and looked gross. They claim to have a 10 point cleaning process but none of it was followed. The showers were filthy, there was dried up blood on the door, and the towels looked like they were barely cleaned. And to top it off, the free breakfast was just prepackaged muffins and coffee in a small dirty little room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The smell throughout the entire building is not great. The front desk guy stated that they were under construction. The first room they put us had a very strong smoke and mildew smell, the smoke detectors taken off the wall, had cigarette burns in the head board (even though it was a non smoking room), had what looked like blood in the bathroom sink, screws for door handles, and huge holes in the carpet.

The second room they put us in. Had a strong smoke smell and decay. The smoke detectors were also missing from that room, there was a huge red stain across the counter, and cigarette holes in the counter. We didn’t even check the bathroom.

The last room they put us in still smelled like smoke but at least has the smoke detectors. There were extra smoke detectors found in the couch, the tv was ripped out of the living room, there were bugs in the light, and the shower didn’t work.

There was garbage piled high in the stair well they stunk, the WiFi wasn’t working, and there were huge stains throughout the entire hallway which I can only assume were blood, vomit, or animal mess.

This property is rundown filthy and full of roaches.
Room was dirty and roaches running around. Staff listened to us and gave us another room. We didn’t stay much in it since we were outside all day.

Terrible experience

I did not actually end up staying at this hotel. It was dirty, there were black splotches on the sheets consistent with bed bugs(and no mattress cover). I opted to find a different hotel. When I asked about a refund they said I have to get it through Expedia and I could not find a resource on Expedia to get me a refund. Overall, I'm sad to be out the money I spent to reserve a room.

Do not book this hotel! The rooms are filthy. There were huge stains on the floor and the comforters. The window to the room was cracked. There were bugs in the room. There was a picture frame in the bathroom that had been broken and there was glass sticking out of it. I did not stay And ended up booking another hotel.

I Was not happy about the condition of the room The tub appeared to look dirty and the carpet was not vacuum or clean.I wanted to changec rooms the instant i got in that one but none was available. Was not happy at all.

The first room was filthy and missing pieces of furniture. The refrigerator looked like someone had beaten it with a hammer and the shelves inside were broken. There were bugs and an inch of dust on the fridge. The bathroom was disgusting. The second room was dirty but at least it had all the furniture. The fridge was also beaten with a hammer. They didn’t have another room so I was stuck. The bath tub had a dirty ring, the sink was dirty, there were holes in the wall and the toilet wasn’t flushed and smelled bad. When I tried to flush I discovered it was broken. The guy at the desk tried to call maintenance but no answer. He did come fix it himself and I was about to pee myself before it got fixed. that’s when I discovered there was no toilet paper. I tried to talk to the manager the next morning and he didn’t care. I asked him to go look at the rooms with me so he could see but he wasn’t interested. He told me it wasn’t his fault because they had just taken over the property. Not acceptable!

Filthy rooms, broken furniture, unsanitary bathrooms.

Not well kept, a lot of messes in the bathroom, hallway.

Room and bathroom were fairly clean, everything was well used or had some damage but was mostly clean. The bed sheets had not been changed, evidenced by the hair left behind on the sheets. The pricepoint was reflected by the quality and it was the only reason I didnt demand a refund.
