Was a nice place to stay and helped a lot for the place It was for vacation but the people who stayed made it lacked qua
Pros:

Very nice rooms and had a restaurant and bar which was nice touch

Cons:

Might just be terrible timing but a lot of people were there where no space in the pool and in the front entrance too many kids playing which didn’t make it seem good to relax for vacation

Pros:

The staff was awesome had no issues at all with them or how clean it was . I advised them about the pool towels running out and within minutes the staff had already restocked the bin with fresh towels .

Cons:

My air conditioner was very loud every time it kicked in and while it was running . I felt like I wouldn't get any rest . The only time I would feel I got some rest was when I turned the a/c off so I could take a nap during the day 👎

Noisy from outside and also from next doors all night long. Not recommended. Expensive parking.

Staff gave me proper room after discuss.

Very Noisy. They gave me a wrong room and needed to discuss. Parking payment very expensive.

Cons:

We were coming out of town they wanted a 50 deposit plus 20 dollars for parking and no one told us about this we are very upset we traveled 5 hours away for them to give our room to someone else very unprofessional

Pros:

We were right by so many things

Cons:

Wish the pool and hot tub were open just a little later, we spent lots of time traveling back and forth places and with traffic it was hard to get back fast enough to soak in the hot tub for a few mins

Pros:

I liked that our room accommodated my son's wheelchair, and it had two bathrooms.

Cons:

The thermostat didn't work. We were freezing all night and had it on 78. It was 65 and my son was shivering. When I POLITELY reported the problem, they said it was not likely to be broken because the thermostats were new. I asked if they wanted to see the video I made but they refused. They called me a Liar but didn't want to see the proof.

Wry satisfied with our trip the hotel exceeded expectations
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean and well appointed. My kids loved the pool and it was also very clean! Also we ordered room service and the food the whole stay was excellent

Everything was great. Hotel overall was nice and professional. Had everything that one needs in their stay.

The people were nice. The hotel was clean. But it wasn't the most relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were all welcoming and very kind.
The breakfast attendants were lovely to talk to.
The waffles were great!

Cons:

They only provided two large towels. So, one towel per person. In general, women use two towels when they shower. Also, if you are going to the pool, you do not want to use the same towel you shower with.
Also, paying $20 a day for parking and $15 for breakfast seems unnecessary. It probably would have changed my mind had I known this when booking a hotel.
Also, a fire alarm test happened while I was in the shower. We evacuated quickly. Not the most relaxing experience.
