The suite gave us a lot of space; great for a multigenerational family group.
The only problem was that although I had confirmed ahead of time the number of beds (2 beds in second bedroom) and type of bathroom (walk in shower in second bedroom) when we checked in that type of room was not available (were given a suite with a queen bed and bathtub in second bedroom). The staff was helpful in the sense that they told us that we could switch to the other type of room at our convenience on the following day. But by that point we had already settled in and figured out how to work around the layout that we had received and just stayed put.
Absolutely best driver I’ve ever had. Rowdy needs to be paid more for his first class service. He needs to be a driver for the secret service. If there is an example of a driver who is excellent, warm, and personal, it’s Rowdy.

I stayed here for four nights while attending medical appointments, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. The nightly rates are high, yet the hotel continues to nickel-and-dime its guests. The Downsides: Parking Stress: You must pay a daily fee to park, but finding a space is incredibly difficult. The lot is small and shared with non-guests who pay daily rates. Breakfast Upselling: The breakfast buffet is $10 per day, but only if you prepay for every single day of your stay. Otherwise, it jumps to $20 per day. No Free Coffee: There is no complimentary coffee available in the lobby, and the options they do have lack flavored creamers. Overwhelmed Staff: The front desk team appeared overwhelmed and understaffed during check-in and check-out. The Positives: Great Restaurant Staff: The restaurant crew was very friendly, and the food was decent. Clean and Quiet: The property itself was clean, and the room was quiet enough to get a good night's rest. Overall, the high price tag does not match the value provided. Next time, I will look for a hotel that treats its guests with more hospitality.

We have been staying at this hotel from May 18 through June 30 while my mother undergoes cancer treatment, and our experience has been wonderful.
A special thank you to our shuttle driver, Roudy. He is caring, dependable, and always punctual when picking us up and taking us to our appointments. Thanks to him, we are always on time and often arrive early. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for guests make a difficult time much easier for our family. My mom and I always prefer when Roudy is our driver because we know we are in good hands. It is also clear that many other guests appreciate and care for him as much as we do.
The hotel staff have been incredibly kind, compassionate, and accommodating throughout our stay. My mother feels very comfortable here and is able to get the rest she needs during her treatment. In fact, she has asked to continue staying at this hotel because of how welcomed and cared for she feels.
Thank you to Roudy and the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable during such an important time in our lives.
