Nice but buggy
Pros:

I liked the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. Great pillows.

Cons:

The roaches. The microwave was so old and paint peeled off, I was afraid to use it. Whatever the couch was upholstered in felt like plastic.

Not the best stay.
Pros:

The staff was great. Great location. Allot of parking. Surrounded by restaurants with reasonable distance.
The staff offered me cooking utensils at no cost.

Cons:

Hotel didn't respect my reservation. The hotel staff rented out my room. Hotel charged me the same price for a king suite as the queen suite (my reservation) when the king is cheaper.
The staff notified me when I asked, that the central heating wasn't working. The room was freezing and they only gave me an extra blanket. There was 4 people in my party. I'm glad we always carry extra blankets.
And then if things couldn't get worst they notified everyone there was going to be a water shut off to fix a water leak.

I didn’t like that advertise dishes in the room when you had to go back in downstairs to ask for them from the front desk I didn’t like that I had to ask for a toaster. I didn’t like that. It wasn’t advertise that their pool was closed when everybody else was open I didn’t like the staff. The staff was unbelievably rude to me

I will definitely stay again if my needs require.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a great location near many restaurants and a grocery store. The room was clean and they provided all amenities like kitchenware, pots and pans; unlike some other locations.

Cons:

The morning coffee was inconsistent. Sometimes it was to strong and there were days where it was so weak that it tasted like water. However, they did have the continental breakfast setup on time daily.

The breakfast was grab and go and was terrible. The room was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!
This place needs some renovations! It had a terrible smell and the bathroom was dirty maybe even stained. Do not recommend staying here for anything! Theres alot of extracurricular activities going on all night!

Pros:

Despicable!!! We picked this place because they allow pets. We only stayed one out two nights booked. During check in, they asked that we only use the dog relief area for our pup and to please clean up after. As we expected. On our first time to take our dog out. There was no relief area, all green space around the hotel was covered in dog droppings. Inside had strong urine smell throughout the building. The room was filthy with hand prints and dirt smudge on all hard surfaces . Never again!

A bed + a parking spot. If looking for anything more, this is not the place.
Pros:

All I needed is a bed to spend the night. The room does have a bed. That is all I needed really.
Parking was abundant

Cons:

Rusted facility
Strong unpleasant odor all over the place (is it the carpet? )
No garbage bin in room and was not provided when asked
One small half-filled (for optimism) shampoo bottle for 3 nights
No room service
Bathtub was not clean
Pool not functional

Not the best, not the worst.
Pros:

First night there was a bug that we killed. The room smelled. The next day we were able to move. The room was clean but needs updates. The breakfast was horrible. Coffee, tea, muffins, or fruit bars. The lobby and all the doors could use some Windex. The pictures on their website was more likely when it was new. The swimming pool was out of service. You could see the water was super green.

Pros:

Waited over 30 minutes for the front desk to open. Called the reservation office and after another 15 minutes, the employee came out of a room from down the hallway, looking half asleep and dirty. Shirt was filthy and her customer service skills were nonexistent.
