Very disappointed with our stay. The pool was not working, the rooms were not clean, and there were no early check-ins available even though we were told we were waiting for housekeeping to finish cleaning the rooms once they became available.
The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and to make matters worse, there was no breakfast provided. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
Property is good to stay for a longer duration as the inroom kitchen is good and staff provided basic cooking utensils and plate. The staff are courteous and we had to extend our stay a little longer which they did. The morning breakfast is minimal with granolas, tea, coffee, muffins and snack bars but at this price it was totally fine. Each floor had laundary facility that was very convenient. The localtion is great as it is walkable distance to many important areas. The best way to commute is still getting uber and lyft. Overall we had a good confortable stay.
Some of the laundry machines are bit old but they had a renovation project going on so they will address this issue as well.

1st issue
Debit card scammed after reserving hotel had to dispute 300 dollars worth of charges and get new card
2nd issue
Hotel called me day of reservation to tell me no suites available due to remodel starting this weekend for me Ellen and her mom who is disabled.
They help me find a hotel in their chain in Richarsdson, I said I prefer the suite so Ellen’s mom has room to move around,

Little did they mention no elevator!
So granny had to walk up 15 stairs to get to room ! Then lady at desk says if you want extra towels it around 2 dollars for them

We booked a room at One Location in Plano they called me day of my reservation to tell me they were starting a remodel on our rooms so they don’t have a room, then I asked them to help me find another hotel with a suite for us and a disabled mom , so they put us in a 2 story hotel with no elevator making a disabled woman walk up stairs to a suite room,
I’m bout done with booking .com as when I reserved this hotel my debit card got scammed thru booking .com
No if I need extra towels at this hotel I have to pay for them lol

Las habitaciones estaban húmedas, el ascensor no funciona ninguno de los días los cables salían de las teclas del ascensor, siendo claramente peligroso para los usuarios. La máquina de hielo de la planta tres funcionó un día después se rompió la de la planta dos nunca funcionó. El secador del cuarto nada más llegar pego un chispazo y empezó a salir humo. Después más o menos me insinuaron que yo había perdido un secador porque pedí otro secador en Att, y yo creo que las chicas del cuarto de la limpieza se lo llevaron, y luego nunca me apareció, entonces todos los días tuve que estar viniendo a pedir un secador. La zona está llena de homeless, y la verdad es que la sensación de seguridad es muy baja. Hay cristales en el suelo en todas las inmediaciones del establecimiento, y gente de fiesta todas las noches porque hay un club de hombres. Intenté cambiar la reserva para poder irme a otro hotel pero no me dejaron modificarla. Por lo que las prácticas de personal son bastante predatoria, pese a que lo único que pedí fue si podía irme a un hotel de la misma cadena, pero en otra localización

The location
The bed was hard as a rock the water pressure was awful the pool was broken so we didn't get to go swimming which is why we chose that hotel was for the pool and the breakfast the breakfast was stuff I could have got at the dollar store it was awful and the table they serve the breakfast on was so filled with dust and food that have been sitting there from the day before when we arrived and one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude

I liked the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. Great pillows.
The roaches. The microwave was so old and paint peeled off, I was afraid to use it. Whatever the couch was upholstered in felt like plastic.
