I only stayed there two nights. I was supposed to have a refund, but an enormous amount of money was taken out of my account.

Cons:

Did not feel safe and they took out so much money. I’m trying to get it back right now.

The staff was accommodating and the rate we got was a really good discount

Disappointing… Regretable…

I have stayed at this property many times over the years… I’m very familiar with the property & location

Cons:

No daily housekeeping anymore… Worked all day to return to dirty towels & room. Front office told me they did not have access to towels to swap out for me… Sunday morning I woke up and set out to swap towels… No Luck… No Housekeeping on Sundays… A/C hardly put out air… Sweat all night… No Smoke alarm… The kingsize mattress Had a huge lump in the middle if it… Asked to change room was informed no other rooms were available… Which was not true… There were many vacancies… Being an older property never bothered me… Things will be worn out or damaged… It is what it is… Not being able to swap towels, hardly any a/c… and a lumpy mattress… Terrible… Unacceptable… Sad…
