It was a comfortable stay for the money I spent.
Pros:

I loved the quiet environment and room service for clean towels came to me.

Stolen gun
Cons:

I'm a police officer and was there to take a class, I had to leave my off-duty weapon in the room while I went to class. Someone got in my room and stole it. Management didn't believe it was broken into because the door wasn't kicked in. While searching for my weapon, I moved the bed completely out of the way and found a condom! When I told management about that, he just laughed and said people leave them all the time.

Quiet Calm Very Helpful Management
Pros:

The safety of the property. Very well lit at night and good visibility of surroundings. The stairwell was lit very well also.

lost confidence on Sonesta and booking.com ,never experienced the same before

Staff was unaware of anything i had paid for the room and they refused to accept the booking even when i provided them with the confirmation .. I lost a lot of money on a good faith of Booking.com ,never experienced the same . I then had to move to Holiday inn next door where i paid almost double cause i had no where to go with my family and luggage.

The front door to my room flew up on one windy night during my stay. I thought it had closed it correctly. Plus my key cards kept deactivating everytime I placed them in the pocket with my cell phone.

Perfect spot for what I needed. I’d stay again!

The location is great! Stores to grab needed things nearby or in walking distance as well as good eateries.

Cons:

Smaller fridge, roaches (I was on the 1st level). When I had a room on the 2nd level I didnt see any roaches.

My stay served its purpose and I was comfortable.
Pros:

Sheena is an exceptionally great staff member. She goes above and beyond to make certain the guests are attended to, comfortable and that all is well around the property. She is the reason my stay was excellent!

Cons:

The smelly odors but I used essential oils and cleaners to get rid of that. The smells are mostly outside along the staircase and entry to the room.
