Comfortable, relaxing, spacious hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was super nice and accommodated us well around our needs to have allergen-free rooms. The beds were really comfortable, the rooms spacious, everything clean.

Cons:

There was too much plastic on the breakfast buffet- It'd be great to have paper coffee cups and plates, to reduce the use of styrofoam. Silverware might be a bit much to ask! And chopped fruits, nuts with a vat of oatmeal would be a good addition.

Modern and clean.
Cons:

Front door was locked when we arrived.
Waited 8 minutes for someone to let us into the lobby. No apology. No I’m sorry.
Just argued that I was wrong - I didn’t wait that long - he wasn’t gone that long. I disagreed and said I did indeed wait 8 minutes. He threatened to cancel my reservation because I was disrespecting him!!

Entered room finally. It was dark. Only switch just turned on light at door. Room was DARK.
No switch to light up room. Had to fumble around in dark to find a light and grope to find a switch. Couldn’t find it on first two lights. Finally used phone light to find a switch!

Bathroom only had one switch for all lights but no fan to remove toilet odors
