Motel in need of modernaztion. Both swimming pools in need of repair

Very old & run down

Tv in my room did not work, things are older, construction going on but the place is run down and a little scary.
Mediocre at best

The room reeked of marijuana, the carpet was torn and stained and we didn’t walk around the room without shoes on, sofa stained and would not sit on it, lampshades had holes in them,bathroom toilet seat left up and was dirty, tub stopper removed and left in another area of tub, tub was cracked, sink stopper top removed and laid in sink near drain, microwave was dirty, remote to tv would not work properly, no clothes hangers in the armoire, no lights in walkways and stairwells, some walkways were blocked with ply boards, bed sheets and bedspread had cigarette holes in them, and I did not feel safe to walk the walkways or stairwells alone. Other people we knew reserved rooms at this establishment, but left and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door. We could not do the same as our fee was non-refundable. I was very disappointed with the accommodations.

The place was a dump dirty rooms stained towels horrible smell 😫 . It was literally falling apart don't understand how the city or county let's a place that nasty continue to operate.

Roach’s in the room, smoke alarm hanging off the wall, paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, paint chips on the floor and in the shower, smoke odor in the room, tv had no service

I did not like anything there this place needs to be condemned I have never stayed in a hotel or motel or whatever this is called like this ever in my life. The building is very old water was everywhere when it wasn't even raining half of the building is shut down boarded up. The commode was dirty with someone else's urine all over it we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. There was blood on the walls the couch was nasty look like it might have been bed bug infested the bed had some type of stink men cologne on it to mask the funk. they did not wash the spread the sheets was okay but the spread definitely was not washed. There was dust everywhere the furniture was old. Everything looked nasty I was sick to my stomach to stay in this place and the only reason why I stayed and did not leave was because they force you to pay without a refund. Had I known Virginia had I known this place I would have never stayed here next time anytime someone stay in a hotel always do a street view because the pictures that they post are very deceiving. This place was so nasty until I didn't even want to eat inside the room we left and stayed all day as long as we could until we got sleepy and then we came and stayed only to sleep that was it and took a shower. The towels or the rags or whatever they want to call it I was scared to even wash with them because they were so thin look like they came from the Dollar Tree they were stained there wasn't white like they should have been. We had the cheapest toilet tissue that did not even last a day because it was so thin and very little on the roll.

Our bed was dirty, someone had slept in it and it had just been remade, that was seriously so disgusting. I had to clean the headboard too bc there was a bunch of gross I don’t even know what. I took photos and videos, I can post them if needed.

Older building. It has quite a few miles on it. Dated decor, older furnishings.
