This was our first time at Latitudes. We were celebrating our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. The service was great, our waitress was awesome, she was very polite and checked on us often. She made a few food suggestions because we asked. We got the catfish bites, crab dip, fish and chips and the crabcake sandwich. Everything was so good. The crab dip and the crabcake sandwich was the best. Mashed potatoes were good as well. Can't wait to return and try the shrimp tacos and the fried shrimp. The plates going by us were loaded with food.
Enjoyed our stay! Was convenient to our event we had to attend.
The staff were very friendly and the room size was great, but the smell and dampness were unavoidable. The kind staff even changed my room three times, but unfortunately the condition of each room was the same.
We enjoyed our stay. However housekeeping was non-existent for the four days of our stay. We made do but we're not happy with this aspect.

I would address minor things- clocks are wrong throughout hotel. Doors to maintenance closet was open, and next to the coffee.

The receptionist was great. Talked to her on the phone and in person. Very sweet person, but that's where it stopped. Entered the building and took the stairs. There were stains all over the carpets. Got to the room and the card took 4 tries to get in. Immediately noticed a large water spot on the ceiling as well as the cracks in the ceiling tape. There were about 5 in the ceiling. Went to the pool and there was a sheen on the water and it was a little cloudy. I could barely see my feet. Then I was stepping on things in the pool. It was paint chips from around the edge of the pool. Breakfast was just ok. White bread or wheat bread only. No bagels or English muffins. Only an omelet, not scrambled eggs. I was excited because it looked like sausage gravy, but it was oatmeal. Overall, I was a little disappointed for what I paid and what was available. The TV only had about 20 channels as well.

We recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton during our daughter’s tournament, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing — which is quite unusual for this type of hotel. As Diamond Hilton members who travel every other week, we have a good sense of what to expect, and this stay fell well below those expectations.
Upon arrival, we were not offered the complimentary water typically provided to Diamond members and had to ask for it. In our room, the thermostat was not working. My husband had to run down to the front desk, get new batteries, and replace them himself to make it work. The bathroom faucet was loose and not installed properly — it shifted every time we used it. Even more concerning, there was visible mold in the bathroom, which should have been addressed before the room was made available.
On Friday night, we were woken up at 10:45 PM due to loud noise coming from the hallway. Our neighbors appeared to be hosting a party, with children running and screaming. We had to contact the front desk to report the disturbance.
To make matters worse, we were denied a simple request for a late checkout. We first asked at 6:30 AM and were told there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate it. When we inquired again after 9:00 AM, we were told late checkouts were no longer available. We were only requesting one additional hour, but there was no flexibility or willingness to help.

It was as advertised and met our needs. The room size was large which I appreciated even though it was the two of us. I have no complaints and would stay there again.

Room was clean, well maintained and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Gym had a lot of options for equipment, but no wipes. The pool was a decent size. The breakfast had an average variety of food. Only one elevator, but luckily only twice we had to wait a little while. Would have been nice to have had dogs located on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait for an elevator for potty breaks, but luckily it was only three floors! Room (suite) was a nice size!
I would stay there again if needed.

The front desk was great. I had to move rooms because the door to the fridge area and fridge itself was broken. Moved to another room and door to the fridge enclosure was broken again. The pillows were horrible though. It needs updating. Staff was great though.
