Great stay! It was about the details!
Pros:

The hotel ACTUALLY read my request for a room that did not previously have pets, due to my allergies. They upgraded me to a better room to accommodate my request! What excellent customer service 👏!!! Everyone was friendly. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked room, nice pool/hot tub! The breakfast was pretty good, real juices/pancake machine, etc. My only complaint was the coffee - it was the freeze-dried machine stuff and that just doesn't cut it in the morning. I was really impressed and (ask my husband) I'm really picky!

Great value and clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel had a good selection of options for breakfast. The lobby had nice spaces for groups to gather. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff was freindly and helpful.

I do not have any complaints about the hotel.

It was a lovely getaway with a few friends. Spacious, comfortable room, good breakfast food, location was great.

Great facility, but a little costlier than needed
Pros:

Clean, great breakfast, beautiful set up

Cons:

Booked two months out and had to go with a higher end room (wasn’t necessary for our stay). Didn’t realize competing with UWEC graduation and hockey. Went to visit parents in River Falls.

Extremely comfortable place. Super clean. Staff super friendly

Cons:

Wish the pricing was a bit. Better. Booking through Holiday Inn was very expensive. An they were not helpful in finding a good rate even though I am a member.
