Pros:

The shower had mildew in it. The couch and carpeting were very old and windows were very dirty. The room was old and smelled like smoke. For $200 a night, we expected premium. We went to the breakfast buffet and nothing was left. All we could get was a bagel and a yogurt at 9:10am

The hotel itself was a bit dated but it was clean and a great value for the money. Would have been nice to have breakfast included, but there is a restaurant on site and a Perkins next door.

Service was great, pool and hot tub were nice but the rest of the hotel needs a good deep clean. Dirty carpet, walls, room cleanliness was mediocre and elevators were disgusting.

The bedding and mattress slept fantastic! Our room was clean and as expected. Seeing Glade plug ins in the hotel hallways was odd. The swimming pool and hot tub was very nice, but had to ask the front desk to restock pool towels. The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling.

Pros:

A charge of $16.78 was charged to my credit card for breakfast. There was not a continental breakfast in the lobby, and we assumed that the breakfast was included in our room stay!

Pros:

A specifically got this hotel because they had a business center and I needed computer use. I called to make sure that they had an actual business center. The front desk person said yes but the printer wasn’t working. I said as long as the computers are working, that’s what I need she Verified that yes they were working and when I got there and had already paid computers were not working so it was a waste

The hotel offers a calming experience as soon as you walk in! They also have movies playing during the day and evening to help unwind!

The bed was a bit stiff for our comfort but that’s our personal opinion! To the next it could be perfect!

The breakfast food wasn’t the best, we got there later in the morning and the waffles and potatoes were dried out.

The bar was nice!!! The had an amazing Bloody Mary and cheesecake!!! So yum!

Definitely would return for sure!
