My room got ampersand before check in. Then they had a horrible time finding my family a room let alone one that was clean and had working electric.
Plenty of free parking FRIENDLY and helpful staff clean rooms the on location bar restaurant swimming pool complementary breakfast with home made waffles cereal yogurt coffee orange and apple juice a small gym work out area Very reasonable price very comfortable beds everything worked in the room
The place needs a little maintenance

I grew up in Bluefield. The. Hotel definitely needs updating. The carpet and the bathroom facilities are at least 30 years old.
The lady (Mercedes?) at the front desk was pleasant. The convenient location was great. Restaurant inside had good entertainment and food. Lobby area was kept clean.
Stayed here two years ago and the rooms have gone down hill. Dust on ceiling and walls. Furniture stained and filthy. Breakfast very limited. Tables inside the restaurant and lobby were very sticky around the edges. Cleaning crew were either non existent or unfriendly. Halls weren’t vacuumed. Sad, we enjoyed staying here last time but this time will be our last visit unless changes are made.

This property is very dated. The mirror in the room was broke, the bed had a permanent dip, the room didn’t feel clean. The door across the hall had a broken lock and the room next door had a humidifier connected to the hall. We were shocked that the price we paid resulted in this quality. The card for the door didn’t work. The light fixture was falling in the bathroom and there was very little pressure at the faucet. If we hadn’t arrived at 10:30pm we wouldn’t have stayed. I worried at getting under the covers as I wasn’t confident the room was clean. Very disappointed for the amount we paid and at a Quality Inn! Oh and breakfast consisted of a couple pieces of fruit, coffee, and cereal. Nothing warm! I have more photos I can share.
Pool was up and clean

Staff moved us when I reported the AC wasn't working in our room.
Literally everything else was just awful. There is nothing nearby (restaurants etc...) to even order a pizza. The bar restaurant in the lobby was awful too.
Didn't sleep AT ALL due to the AC unit being loud and turning off and on about every 10 minutes. The bed was very uncomfortable and the ice machine was broken on our floor.
Our TV didn't work, the pool was closed for renovations there was a hair on our "clean" hand towel, found hair in the shower, and the faucet had some white substance on the right handle upon arrival.
I have NEVER had such a bad experience. Very upset.
The hotel was clean and quiet; breakfast was good. Beds were were comfy; no cigarette smells in the hallways or rooms; staff was very nice and knowledgeable!
The staff was great I'm handicap and they went out of their way to help me and reasign me a 1st floor room.
The hotel needs to install handicap rails in the shower and close to the toilet. I felt very unsafe using the shower.
