Cons:

I booked a double queen with sofa. The hotel gave me a king with sofa. Blamed it on Booking. We had to get a rollaway bed to accommodate my party.

Very nice and relaxing.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast, but it did look very good. The location was terrific. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Pros:

Great location. 2 min walk to Pullman Square if you want to shop, dine or see an movie and many more. We had breakfast downstairs for about $14. I was amazing. Would stay here again.
