Pet Friendly Stop
Pros:

Very pet friendly! This was the first hotel I've stayed at that gave a little goodie bag for the dog with a water bowl, bag, and treats. They also were accommodating with finding a room for us on the first floor. The connected restaurant on site was also very convenient after a long travel day.

Cons:

We were in a noisy location- intersection of entrance, elevators, and hallway to the restaurant. Our room also could have been a bit cleaner (found a piece of unwrapped candy on the floor). All in all, pros outweighed the cons though.

Bad breakfast situation
Pros:

Very nice facilities, clean and modern. Everything worked as it should.

Cons:

The breakfast situation was terrible. Bad communication between concessionaire and the inn. One poor waitress for an entire dinning room full of hungry people including entire school athletic teams.
We couldn't wait more than an hour to get on with our affairs.
It was so disappointing since we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

It’s a clean but clearly a well used hotel.
Pros:

The pool is great and the proximity to Old Chicago is a plus. The room was clean.

Cons:

The fan didn’t work well in the bathroom. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. The fridge was tiny.
