Pros:

Interesting set up to have breakfast in the Old Chicago but it works great. Comfy room. Nice open lobby and wide halls with an open stairway. Halls don't feel like tight tunnels.

Short and staff were helpful.

Great and would stay again but make presentabily part of the front desk requirments

Beds and pillows very comfortable.
bathroom was very nice
view sucked? but it is Rock Springs so................

Cons:

the gal that checked us in was awful, she had so many piercing in her tongue and lips we could not understand her.
Her blue hair was disgusting. We were alittle leary of even staying with that as the first impression. no professionalism at all She spoke so soft we couldn't hear anything she was trying to say

No coffee no breakfast
Pros:

We were traveling across country and stayed the night after a 12 hour drive. The room was average the old chicago restaurant had great pizza. When we checked in we were told breakfast was not included in our price, it would be an additional $10.00 for my wife and myself. Since the restaurant didn't open till 600 am and we were wanting to be on the road before that we declined. To my surprise, when we were checking out in the morning we found out that the hotel didn't even offer coffee and we would have to wait on the restaurant to open. No coffee in the lobby??? I have never seen that. I will never stay there again. Directly across the street is a Holiday inn express with coffee and breakfast. We should have stayed there.
