Great stay. Will definitely return when staying in Sheridan, WY.
Pros:

Had all the amenities I needed. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Location is good and plenty of parking area.

Will ALWAYS stay at this location
Pros:

We had to blend 2 reservations and Cain at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we didn't have to switch rooms half way through our stay. I never ran into any staff that wasn't absolutely Sunshine and rainbows. I wishI would have gotten the name of our housekeeper because she was the kindest woman who treated my 7yo son with extra kindness.

So far, our favorite place to stay in Sheridan and we stay here a lot!
Pros:

I've stayed here 3 times between Nov. 2025 and Feb. 2026. They are doing some construction and upgrading, but I've never heard any noises associated with the construction. The first 2 times I stayed, I was with my family so stayed in the family room which was very nice, updated with a central air control system on the wall, etc. My only complaint about the family room would be-outlets. If that room WAS an updated room, they needed to have more outlets. Everyone has so many things that need plugged in. Now the King room with sofa that I stayed in Feb. 2026 had not been updated but was still nice. The heating/cooling system was the old type on the floor by the window-but it worked fine. The desk was shaky and a little dirty under the glasstop (I'm assuming it didn't get lifted and cleaned under-looks like people spilled etc), but the top was clean. The water was nice and hot with good water pressure, and the toilet had a toilet seat! So nice to be able to put that down and not worry about your things accidentally falling in the toilet. Very nice front desk staff. GREAT BREAKFAST. They also have a restaurant and bar which I've never tried but should. My only complaint this last stay was I was here 2 nights and when I first arrived, I texted the front desk at 7:45pm that there was a light out in the bathroom and asked if it could be changed when someone had time. Texted back "that shouldn't be a problem". The lightbulb never did get changed during my stay from that friday evening until Sunday morning when I left. I did put a do not disturb sign on my door at 9am Sat morning and didn't come back until 7pm-but no contact back (they could have texted or called to see when I would be there). Overall it wasn't a huge issue because I don't wear makup so I don't need a bunch of light in the bathroom.
