Pros:

Clear, staff friendly, exactly what is advertised. Drinks free in the mini bar nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel is self, the person above us dragging their chair on the floor multiple times in the night wasn’t fun - this increase in noise would be because of the laminate flooring. I also found the bed too soft.
