Great hotel to start our Australian adventure
Pros:

Nice big room, very clean, comfortable bed and lovely staff. Also a good location for exploring Sydney

Will happily stay again
Pros:

The room was lovely, very clean and the location for sightseeing was fantastic, central and very safe.

Cons:

While the room was lovely, it was nothing out of the ordinary or extra special - just a good standard, clean room. When we came to collect our bags on the last day they had trouble finding them and it caused a significant delay in getting to the airport

A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were in excellent condition. It was quiet. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, The Rocks, the Tram, shopping at QVB. Parking underneath the hotel made arriving and departure much easier and getting there - into and out of the middle of the city was surprisingly easy.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent Sydney location
Pros:

The hotel's architecture is superb and very well maintained. Take a few minutes to explore the history of the building in the information display. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Good selection, of food, including gluten free,. Pastries very fresh and the staff did a great job of replenishing supplies, clearing tables, etc. Bedroom was spacious and very quiet.

Cons:

A couple more towel rails to help towels dry.

Rewarding and full.
Pros:

The concierge was very hospitable, the room was clean and comfortable, the complementary minibar was an added bonus. Great location, great commute, right next to Darling Harbour and light rails.
