Excellent hotel in the heart of the city.
Pros:

I liked the size of the rooms and their modern and bright feel. The location is excellent in the thick of the CBD. It is a good, but better value alternative to the well known brands

Cons:

Although, I like the early 20th century charm of the reception, the breakfast area feels cheap and should be segregated. There is also a pub on the ground floor in the same building, which is not part of the hotel, which cheapens the image of the hotel.

Pros:

We were comfortable and thanks to the few people that were very courteous towards us

Cons:

I didn't like being asked twice on two occasions if we gave our names as we entered the restaurant...we knew to do that at the entrance. I noted that others were not asked.
I personally chose the hotel with my travel agent.

We would stay again as location is good and staff are very helpful. Would just prefer a better room.
Pros:

The room was ok but the room we had at our last stay last year was much nicer.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. No fuss when checking in! We stayed at 2 places in Sydney, the other was more expensive. The Grace has a name that suits their service. They were polite, accommodating, and much better service for less money. I will stay here again with our next trip to Aussie.
