Dirty, Run Down, Over Priced
Pros:

Staff are nice, especially at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Location is okay, really hard to exit the lot with the construction right outside of it. ( no fault to the hotel itself)

Cons:

- room was dirty, dirty sheets, floors, super run down. Bathrooms have mold and vents have never been cleaned.

- tv is old, super blurry and only had 10 channels but half of them didn't work or would cut in and out frequently, can't even view the guide so you don't know what you are watching.

- shower was broken, the knob was broken and just spun in circles, had to jimmy it to get it to work. Bathrooms need a deep clean.
- asked for a turn over and hardly anything was done. They just remade the bed with the same bedding and took garbage out. Didn't clean the floors, replace towels, or even gave new sheets.

- hotel is super run down and dated, needs a lot of work and no where near worth the price. Don't think its properly taken care of.

- beds are super old and the mattress is sunken and dirty. Sheets have stains and weird smells to them. Washing machine may need to be cleaned or replaced. Or sheeting have sat wet so they smell of mildew and are musty.

- Large rooms, but 2 queen room beds are on weird placements, one bed faces the TV the other faces the wall looking away from the TV with a guess and mirror to watch the TV from?

- coffee machine in room was dirty and full of mold.

- walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on around you for 6 rooms away.

I'd rather sleep in my car.
Pros:

A convenient location and a facility that needs massive cleaning and upkeep. No mattress pad on the bed, the sheets seemed clean and the bathroom relatively clean - the room was just weird, like it previously was a room with two queens and they just took one out, leaving a big, weird, empty space. I wouldn't stay there again .. I'd rather save the money and sleep at a rest stop in my car.

Cons:

We didn't like that it wasn't a normally furnished room, didn't have mattress pad, we weren't sure there were clean towels in the bathroom.

Awful
Pros:

I had originally booked online, however, when we got there, we felt unsafe as the patio door to the shared balcony wouldn’t lock, and the patio door was falling apart. The hotel is located in a very shady area and even the houses in the area are all rundown and not taken care of. The bed did not look like a typical hotel bed where you have nice pillows and nicely made. It looked lumpy and had only two pillows and looked like a typical bed at home. There was mould in the bathroom and looked like they painted over rotted out walls and ceiling. The coffee machine didn’t even fit in its container and had filth splattered on the side of it. It appeared they recently put in hard flooring, however, that was the only upgrade to a very old hotel besides some paint, and it was absolutely filthy throughout the hallways of the hotel. We immediately went back to the front desk and cancelled our reservation. It was a busy long weekend and we didn’t have anywhere else to go, but we were willing to sleep in our car over that room. The lady at the front desk gave us a full refund without any hassle. The hotel needs to be shut down and completely renovated or a complete rebuild in my opinion.

This stay was more expensive than it should have been.
Pros:

Close to the highway

Cons:

The most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in. The bed was the worst part. Super hard mattress. Not enough pillow and the 3 they had were incredibly flat. There was no elevator and you had to carry all your luggage up two flights of stairs.
