很喜歡這次的住宿經驗，對面有好市多，走路10分鐘內有漢堡店、華人超市等店家
Pros:

剛好遇到會中文的接駁車司機、前檯；離機場車程約10分鐘；房間及浴室很乾淨；費用包含早餐；提供自助咖啡吧

A Excellent Experience
Pros:

The hotel team was friendly and efficient. The hotel was easy to find, clean and reasonably priced. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with the hotel free shuttle being a bonus!

Once I arrived everything was excellent!
Pros:

Cons:

Shuttle service.. waited over an hr outside and never showed so they told me to take a taxi and reimbursed me

Helpful Shuttle Driver Tony
Pros:

Had such a pleasant trip from the Vancouver airport to my hotel. The shuttle driver was so kind helping me with my bags and pointing out various landmarks. Tony was responsive, helpful and informative ! I felt bad I had no cash ( coins less than a dollar ) so couldn’t tip him ! Thanks Tony

Very hard to sleep

Exceptionally noisy all night long with Lorries bleeping in reverse in the opposite superstore

Comfortable experience
Pros:

Staff was friendly, place was clean, bed was comfortable. Check-in/out was smooth.

Cons:

Waited for shuttle for half an hour and called hotel twice for whereabouts. It never showed up, hotel staff reimbursed cost of taxi ride.
