It was a very ‘ok’ stay

Decent.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. The hotel shuttle on arrival was a 20 minute wait so we paid for a taxi. After a long flight with delays and cancellations we were exhausted and just wanted to check in.

Hospitality service & integrity!
Pros:

Friendly, reliable, clean, and quiet. The customer service was above and beyond. I accidentally left my laptop behind, and the staff made sure it was safely returned to me, carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. A heartfelt thank you to Terry, Troy, Tristan, Cindy, and Ryan nessand those I forgot, you made my day!

Pros:

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte vor unserer Weiterreise verbracht. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, man ist jedoch mit dem Skytrain dennoch in ca. 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Die kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer ist super. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet eine ausreichende Auswahl. An der Rezeption gibt es den ganzen Tag Kaffee oder Tee und abends sogar leckere Cookies. Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen Flughafenshuttle, das ist auch super.
