Pros:

- hôtel impeccable, propre, confortable, chambre spacieuse
- balance accessible dans le hall pour peser les valises
- très bon petit déjeuner, avec du choix
- le vrai plus c’est la navette gratuite qui vous conduit à l’aéroport, il y en a toutes les 20min a partir de 3h du matin, il faut réserver son créneau à la réception

Cons:

- seul bémol, certaines prises usb ne marchaient pas dans notre chambre

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Vancouver Airport Richmond
Pros:

The staff at the Hotel were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable although the shower lacks water pressure. Otherwise the breakfast was average and although the location is not convenient to most amenities, there is a skytrain station close by and there is a direct line to the CBD (Waterfront station). The shuttle service to and from YVR airport is terrific.

An excellent stay with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a great breakfast, and a convenient
Pros:

Excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast was great and set me up well for the day. The hotel's location was convenient, with Richmond shopping centres close by. I would happily stay here again.

Staff were amazing. All of them smiling and very helpful. Every single person in this hotel was genuinely kind and nice.

Cons:

Shuttle not always on time. Had to wait for longtime at the airport.
