The property was decent for the price. The room was clean and staff was friendly. They are renovating.

Convenient location next to restaurants, freeway and shopping

We liked the breakfast but were disappointed it didn't have a hot tub or pool.

I did not like the room , clean but old needed updating . I hated the tv. Bathtub was not good , will not be going there anymore

Absolutely unprofessional morning staff. Rooms are comfortable. Beware of rooms with bed bugs.

The hotel is very old and was undergoing renovations. The air was musty and lots of dust too. Not worth the price.

Did not wind up staying at this establishment as the staff were rude and unaccomodating. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was the last possible option.

Convenient location near major highways. Recently updated lobby, standard rooms, very good complimentary breakfast. Sufficient heating on ground floor level and very friendly staff made this a great stay!

Great location, just off the highway. Easy to get to and free parking is a great addition. Free breakfast is fresh and plentiful. I have recommended this hotel on a number of occasions. Rooms are quite large and very clean.

Friendly staff, easy check in, beautiful lobby!! Only complaint I had was that the beds were hard. Woke up with a sore back. Otherwise a great place to stay!

It was the worst stay ever. I thought Holiday Inn is as good as others, but It was just disgusting and I do not know how come it's rated so high. We took pictures of the room and it is just worse than a 1 star motel. The room was so filthy and under the bed, there was so much crap. the bathtub was disgusting. between the tiles were dark and the tub itself was painted with a brush where there was stain or rust. The was was leaking. The breakfast was disgusting. They had heated the turkey sausages in the microwave and they were dry. The pancake machine was making a 3 inch pancake and it was half raw and no taste.

The location was convenient being close to the highway

Staff at the desk are very helpful ,the hallways are very clean and the room we are assign is perfect .

The water on sink drains very slowly you have to wiggle the plug. Can no longer rent a microwave. Only one microwave on the main lobby for the whole building. Very disappointing.

Staff was freindly, proficient and courteous. Clean common areas and rooms. Exercise room a little dated and not checked regulrly(towels and garbage needed attending)and only microwave available for use was broken and overused.

Excellent free breakfast buffet.

Not impressed that the property took a $50 pre-authorization on my credit card in case of incidentals because I booked through a third party. I was there for one night last week and the pre-auth is still on my credit card.
