I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness & the breakfast of this hotel.
Pros:

Loved the cleanliness & the breakfast was the best anywhere. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Our Keurig machine didn't work but wasn't a big deal.

Tv wasn't a smart tv and didn't really work well. My kids couldn't watch Netflix off their wifi I had to hotspot them. The breakfast buffet wasn't great..... Either old, cold or dried out

There is no attention to the customer satisfaction and issue brought to their notice is not taken s.

Cons:

The bed was making lot of noise and it was brought to the notice of Duty Manager as well as GM. But no improvement was noticed. Wrote several emails to GM and didn’t get satisfactory response. Everyone was in denial mode.
