Cons:

Tv wasn't a smart tv and didn't really work well. My kids couldn't watch Netflix off their wifi I had to hotspot them. The breakfast buffet wasn't great..... Either old, cold or dried out

The price could have been better. I’m finding hotels are getting more expensive with no real compensation. Same rooms same amenities.higher rates

There is no attention to the customer satisfaction and issue brought to their notice is not taken s.

Cons:

The bed was making lot of noise and it was brought to the notice of Duty Manager as well as GM. But no improvement was noticed. Wrote several emails to GM and didn’t get satisfactory response. Everyone was in denial mode.

空港に近く清潔なホテルです
Pros:

空港に近く到着日帰国日に利用させて頂きました。お部屋も広く清潔でスタッフも親切な対応で快適に過ごせました。
朝食もたくさん頂けてランドリーが利用出来たのが良かったです

Cons:

エレベーターの表示がわかりにくかったのと部屋全体が明るく出来るともっと快適に過ごせたと思います。

C'était propre et tranquille. Nous y retournerions. Le déjeuner était excellent et varié. C'était agréable de pouvoir manger des crêpes.

Cons:

Le frigo faisait un bruit strident, nous l'avons fermé. Le prix était un peu élevé, mais ça valait ce type d'hébergement. Il manquait des brioches au déjeuner, mais bon, ce n'est pas la fin du monde.
