Very enjoyable and comfortable stay with top notch service from lovely and well trained staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it has a nice olde world feel about it that is very comforting and relaxing. The facilities and bars are great with excellent service, the breakfasts and packed lunches for safaris were plentiful and delicious and the Thai in-house restaurant exceptionally good in terms of cuisine, service and ambience.

Cons:

Very little, it’s a nice property all round.

A short but very enjoyable stay at the Sarova Stanley Hotel.
Pros:

Well looked after by all staff we met. Good wifi connection. Excellent Thai restaurant and great atmosphere at the lounge on the first floor. Room was a good size with a very large comfortable bed. Hotel kept it's standardfs as I was there last about 10 years ago.

Cons:

The sweets at breakfast not very tasty. Took verty long for hot water to reach shower.

Pros:

Location is great CBD in Nairobi

Cons:

I'd booked bed and breakfast and was told I hadn't and had to pay the extra $50 i couldn't find my original booking so I went to my room in a quandary.
Eventually I found my booking and I had booked bed and breakfast no apologies and to make matters worse every room has a mini bar mine was empty it was midnight by this point and I'd had enough.
Didn't take the breakfast I'd payed for in my original booking as I wanted to leave asap the apologies where almost none existent.
This used to be one of the best hotels in Nairobi and I've used it frequently since 2011 I'll not be going back 😪😪😪

Goede overnachting in een charmant hotel
Pros:

Midden in de stad, hotel met charme. Zeker de moeite als je overal dicht bij wil zijn.

Cons:

We hadden een gratis taxi, maar omdat onze vlucht vertraging had vonden we onze chauffeur niet direct. Dit zorgde voor heel wat verwarming.

Academic visit at Sarova starnely hotel
Pros:

The Hotel is easily accessed and has a very quality services starting from the reception to other departments, professional advisors (Dr.Susan and madam Carolyne )
They have a good history starting from the origin of the hotel to the date
It has a warm and welcoming environment where guests are warmly welcomed and treated equally professionally.

Pros:

Хороший исторический отель. Прекрасные сотрудники, вкусный завтрак с большим выбором блюд. Одно удовольствие. Хорошее расположение. Прекрасное постельное белье. До SGR Nairobi Terminus, если без пробок, то ехать около 30-35 минут.

Cons:

Проблемы с розетками. Здание старое и под розетки не рассчитанное.
