ソウルで最高のホテル
Pros:

初めのソウルだと伝えたら部屋をアップグレードしてくれました（とても素晴らしい部屋でした。部屋の窓からはソウルタワーが見えてとても嬉しかった）。
ロケーションは最高、朝食も美味しく、ロッテデパートにも直結なのも大変便利。
スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。

Cons:

朝食メニューに韓国料理の選択肢がもっとあるとさらに良い。

great Hotel to stay in Seoul
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for eight nights in September 2026, and our stay was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable.

Due to the length of our stay and the fact that we were travelling with several suitcases, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which we greatly appreciated. Both the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, which is open for extended hours, as well as the Lobby Lounge, where meals and snacks are served.

The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of staff, from the bellboys at the entrance and the reception team to the waiters, was friendly and professional. We would especially like to mention the wonderful housekeeper on the 20th floor, whose name we unfortunately forgot. She provided outstanding service, and our room was spotless every single day.

The hotel itself is large, spacious and very comfortable.

If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would concern breakfast. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally rich, with anmpressive variety and abundance of food, but much of the selection is naturally oriented toward iAsian guests. We would recommend adding a wider selection of cheeses and perhaps a few more options catering to Western tastes.

Apart from this small comment, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The rooms were well-lighted, clean and spacious. Good location. The shower was well designed. The bar was cozy.

Cons:

The hotel's restaurants were super expensive. We were 5 people and a dinner at the Korean restaurant cost us US700$ with very small servings.

Väldigt centralt, högklassigt hotell med stora fina rum. Allt fungerade perfekt.

Cons:

Rätt "strippad" frukost, sortimentet var knappt, inte prisvärt. Tog en evighet att få kaffet. Simbassängen var en liten besvikelse

Excellent location and spacious room.
Pros:

Very convenient location right next to Lotte mall and just across Myeongdong shopping street. Perfect for those who would like to have a convenient and quiet stay but also want to do night shopping. Room was very spacious, everything was excellent from amenities to bed and bathroom. You get exactly what you paid for, and it was worth it. Also, there were many staff at every corner and they were all very helpful throughout our stay.

What I liked the most was that they had separate 'lower floors' and 'higher floors' elevators, that way you don't need to wait too long for the elevator. It was always quick to get an elevator, I was impressed.

Cons:

The taxi stand was both for those getting a taxi called by the hotel and those who use ride-hailing service, which could be confusing to understand who was waiting for what. When there were many people standing at the stand, I didn't know where was the queue for taxi, and I didn't want to seem like I cut in the line, so I ended up using a ride-hailing service instead.
