It was our first time in Seoul, S. Korea. We were warmly welcomed at the Lotte hotel. My husband and I were upgraded to a suite where we found a very nice bottle of complimentary wine. We had to early tours and ordered breakfast room service - it was amazing. We would definitely return to Lotte Seoul.
The most amazing hotel, super convenient location, and wide range of food available for breakfast. We were upgraded on the last 2 days of our stay as a Expedia gold member. The premier room was luxurious with twin sinks and its own dressing room. Just fabulous!
it was an immaculate hotel with considerate and timely staff. We plan to stay here every time we visit seoul- it is one of our favorite hotels now!
My third stay in Lotte Executive Tower in 3 years and each time gets better than the previous ones. This time, I traveled with my mother and we got the Junior Suite and a couple of days after we arrived, my brother joined us and he got an Executive Premier room. Both rooms had La Cime lounge access.
Check in was, as usual, very smooth and the staff were excellent. I was very grateful that they were able to let us have our room earlier so that my 85 year old mother could refresh and rest after the overnight flight.
The room, as well as the housekeeping, was very good and we were very well looked after throughout our stay especially by the La Cime team.
Would definitely recommend this hotel not only for the location but the quality of rooms and service.
