The Best Hotel I stay in Seoul! Best location. Everything was good and staff is wonderful

Cons:

Just the noise from the top room. However, hotel staff did ask to change our room. But we didnt want to. But thanks for helping us to keep the noise level down.

贅沢気分を感じるホテルでした。
Pros:

レセプションは15階で、ある程度日本語は通じました。どのスタッフもとても親切丁寧でとても気持ちよく滞在出来ました。ロケーションも明洞から近く、免税店やデパートと隣接している為、ショッピングや食事には困る事は無かったです。地下鉄から地下で繋がっているので、外に出る事なく地下鉄も利用出来ます。

Cons:

不満に思った点は特に無かったですが、多少の古さ（設備の古さ）を感じました。

We loved the location and the accessibility to the Lotte mall. The hotel however was overpriced.
