Very convenient easy accessed good value for money with plenty of parking
Pros:

The room was excellent in size and facilities. The room was very cool at a time the weather was amazing.
The bathroom was a good size but the shower was not very powerful.
The breakfast was very nice and hot but there were a lot of guests and things ran out very quickly.

The jams in the restaurant were in a difficult location and i spoke to a member of staff to ask if they could be moved to assist the elderly young children and at the time a disabled person. I was informed the lay out as requested by the management. I raised thjis issue and the following morning the table had ben rearranged which pleased me greatly.
My son came to visit and paid for parking when he was just stopping to say hello - i am unsure if he had any free parking limits bit he had paid before i could find out

Cheap but not cheerful.
Pros:

Location is good for me and it was the cheapest option. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. I slept well.

Cons:

It’s alright but a bit drab and sad. Needs some capital expenditure to brighten it up! It feels dark and dated. Selection of food on breakfast buffet was fairly comprehensive for a budget hotel, but it just wasn’t appetising.

Pros:

We stay at this hotel prior to our flight from Exeter, leaving at 4am

Uncomfortable night! The breakfast excellent as always and a very helpful member of staff at breakfast!
Pros:

Stayed many times here over the years.
Good location. Staff friendly . Clean room .

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable . It’s never been so bad! In fact we always had a good sleep!

Excellent hotel and super staff.
Pros:

Well located, very good facilities and staff were lovely. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, well equipped with a great shower and very comfortable bed.

It would’ve been nice to have a small outdoor space of the bar/lounge to be able to sit as the weather was so nice however, that was the only issue we had. We would definitely use again and a super breakfast was available.

Lack of outdoor space to sit and have a drink on a warm evening.

Fell Good Factor Hotel
Pros:

Staff wonderfully friendly, polite and professional. Male receptionist helped me with a first aid kit when I cut my foot and really made sure I was comfortable. Great communication skills and so whoever does the training should be very proud. I ran a marketing communications company and I would welcome any one of your staff to join my team! The front of house staff were also lovely when we stayed for lunch.

Convenient but pretty basic accommodation, avoid ground floor rooms near car park
Pros:

Room was clean with adequate lighting.

Cons:

Room 16. Ground floor adjacent to the car park. Needs better sound insulation. I could hear smokers outside until nearly midnight. In addition I was woken early several times by guests leaving. Noise from accommodation above was easily heard, especially guests wheeling luggage along the corridor.
