We will never stay here again because of the bed bugs.
Pros:

It is close to Harding

Cons:

Bed bugs. I got eaten alive. It took weeks for all of the bites to heal - they were all over my body.

it was okay. It seems when activities are on a weekend, price goes up by 25 %. expensive.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, very crowed downstairs due to hotel fully booked

Cons:

Out refrig. in room was broken, had to wait till next day for replacement. We were in 204, faucet handle needs replacement, it leaks water when turned on too much.

Not exceptional, but not disappointing.
Pros:

Really liked the heated pool. The room was clean and fairly well stocked. The staff was helpful, especially the hispanic lady working breakfast.

Cons:

Would have liked a hot tub. I prefer bacon over sausage and more variety of fresh fruit would have been nice. The shower water pressure was pretty weak. Most hotels in this price range have USB chargers for phones and other devices. I had anticipated that you would have them and brought only a chord, so my phone went dead over night. Also most hotels in the price range have half/half in the room fore coffee. I drink it back sometimes, so that was only a minor inconvenience.

Pros:

There are a lot of restaurants near by. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

No soap in there dispensers they have in the shower. The pillows I did not understand why they were so small. But apparently ypu have to stretch them out. The floors in the room are very cold . Other than that. It was all good.

The people seemed nice and they was not rude.

Cons:

We paid for jacuzzi tube room and the Jacuzzi tube was not clean or functioning properly. Tan stuff coming out jets. The pillows was not comfortable and they were small.
