Location and comfort
The desk clerk around 1:00 pm afternoon was not helpful or friendly and cleaning staff less than helpful
Great staff, clean room, pool was awesome, breakfast was better!
Only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were extremely small and had no support. Other than that the bed was super comfy!

The hotel and our room smelled like smoke and was run down. Needs updating.
What did I like about the property? They had a pool for the kids. 3 ft deep so only ones to enjoy it were the kids. Besides that nothing.
Where do I start? Everything about this hotel was crap. Yea staff was friendly but don’t know how to do their jobs as our room card only worked for one day then had to get a new one because whoever set it up only put us as staying for one night. The elevator is very janky and feels like it’s going to get stuck every time you use it. The room wasn’t very clean. Soon as we walked in I saw hair in the bathroom floor by the baseboard. It’s very old and janky. You can hear everything through the walls. The pillows are small and crappy. The bed is hard, and the sheets were wet when we got there. The bathtub drain wouldn’t stay up so when you take a shower you basically take a bath too because the bathtub is steadily filling up. The sink is the height for a toddler and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and all rusty. The pool is there and available but don’t get your hopes up because it’s only 3 ft deep so unless you’re a child don’t expect to swim. There were soft spots all throughout the second floor hallway and some were deep enough to make my child trip and fall a few times. It’s a very old place and the rooms show that. The drawers on the dresser kept opening and wouldn’t stay closed so my baby kept shutting his fingers in them. It’s hard to cool the room down and the rooms stunk when we first arrived and the smell stuck around our whole stay. It smelled damp and musty the whole time. I’ll also add I went to use the hairdryer and immediately put it back because it was so sticky with god knows what. The room we got was a conjoining room with a door that wouldn’t lock so they had a bench in front of it. Not very safe in my opinion, especially when staying with little kids. Also don’t turn the heat on for any reason or it’ll set off your smoke alarm.
The lady who took care of the breakfast area was wonderful! She was very helpful and pleasant! Definitely a bonus to the hotel!
Location and staff
Many of the outlets in the room didn’t work so we were unable to charge our devices. We were on a long roadtrip so the ability to charge our phones was important. The room was VERY humid even when the AC was set low. The carpet was damp and the outside temperature was cool and dry.
The staff was great.. Very helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was awesome also.. Would stay here again.
