Pros:

Location is great. Staff very kind.

Cons:

Pool area is nice, but pool wasn’t heated and was freezing in March. It’s near a freeway, so can be noisy.

Convenient location. Disappointed in staff.

Location was great for my needs. Breakfast is an actual breakfast, not just donuts and coffee.

Cons:

The overnight front desk was super disappointing. My daughter got sick during night and was unable to make it to the bathroom. I went down to the desk and asked for anything to help get it cleaned up and was told ‘I don’t have anything. I can’t leave the desk.’ And was sent back to my room with nothing (not even paper towels). The poor housekeeping staff in the morning; I was forced to use the bathroom towels. I wrapped the dirty towels in a clean towel and left a note and decent tip. I did the best I could with the lack of support I received.

I am a light sleeper and the side of the building against the highway was a bit loud for me.

We enjoyed the hotel being tucked away behind another hotel and close to a restaurant.

Pros:

Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Coffee was great. Pool and hot tub was really nice.

Cons:

Pool in March was freezing, it would have been nice to have it heated a bit. Hot tub was perfect. The hotel is right next to a noisy freeway, I would recommend asking for a room facing away from it.

Everything! The breakfast was good, the staff was so nice and accommodating and I loved that this location was small so it was easy for traffic to navigate even with it being right off the freeway.

Friendly staff but the facilities need much improvement .
Pros:

The friendliness of staff was about the only thing nice about the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms were dark , very dark- and the hot water took about 20 minutes to get it going. And then at that it was very little water pressure to shower.
