Good stay, good value for the price. Booking/hotel arranged an extra charge without asking me first.

The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

After completing the reserve online, booking asked my estimated time of arrival, which I thought it was just informative, and automatically this translated into the property charging me in advance for 2 hours of early checkin. I didn't want to pay extra and there was no way to revert being charged. I arrived 1 hour before checkin and I was charged almost 60 USD extra without being asked about it. I could just have sit to have a coffee in the reception area and wait.

Pros:

The room and breakfast were excellent. The room had ample space, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious food options. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This isn’t a hotel issue, but I didn’t feel safe walking the streets of Phoenix. The hotel had a fence around it and closed its doors after a certain time at night.

An amazing hotel for the price that we payed. You can tell there is great management there that really support the staff
Pros:

The staff were SO helpful and kind! Best hotel staff experience I have had in years, maybe ever. I also loved that they had daily maid service if you wanted and they would come in make your beds get you clean towels ect. I haven’t been to a hotel in a while that did that. The hot tub and heated pool were amazing. The place was super clean and just a really great value for the price!
