Fun & relaxing.
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom. The room AC didn't seem to work at first, but the staff got it working. Much appreciated in the Arizona heat!

Location.

Cons:

The rooms felt outdated. The pool wasn't available for use, so that was disappointing. Breakfast area is small, my family had to sit outside and done had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough chairs.

- Piscine agréable et propre : des serviettes sont servies à cet effet
- Petit déjeuner plutôt complet, avec possibilité de manger en terrasse
- personnel agréable
- Possibilité de laver son linge

Cons:

- Le prix exorbitant du parking : 18$/nuit c'est vraiment trop !
- Également 18$/nuit de taxes (pour 2 personnes)

We went down for a baseball game, it was the perfect location.

Stay for the staff
Pros:

The hotel was a bit worn down and had a a lot of wear and tear. There was an artificial strawberry-ish scented air freshener that came out of the A/c that was overwhelming. But I cannot emphasize enough that the staff were beyond incredible. Every single person that worked there went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate. They are all truly special people and a special shout out to Jennifer. It was for that reason, we enjoyed our stay.

Extremely disappointed that the pool was unavailable and we were not notified

Staff were excellent, friendly. Breakfast was great and lady attending the breakfast room was very good

Cons:

THE POOL WAS GREEN - NOT USABLE!! Was not being cleaned until the following week! We were not advised of this before or during check-in. We only found out when we went outside to use it. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the use of the pool !!!

Una delusione sua l’albergo che la città. Se penso cosa c’è da vedere in Europa in città meno famose

La possibilità di parcheggiare la moto davanti alla hall che mi ha dato un senso di sicurezza. La posizione è molto valida. Da fuori e per la parte muraria e di arredamento l’albergo è valido.

Cons:

La camera aveva il letto fatto con lenzuola lise e vecchie. I più non stirate e che sembravano molto come se fossero già state usate. La colazione non merita neanche un commento: misera! Inutile mettere la macchina per i waffles quando tutto il resto è povero. Posate in plastiche con un costo della camera come quello? La stanza della colazione di 20-30 mq è senza niente di vario o normale da mangiare. Incredibile.
