Great location
Pros:

Location was great. Short stroll to the centre of town.

Cons:

There were no windows to open in the room. As a result the room had a smell. The hotel did move us to another room on an upper level. This one had windows we could open, so much better.

Beautiful hotel and I think our stay would’ve been different had we been housed in the main building.
Pros:

It was in a great neighborhood and our room was clean. The bathroom was nice.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground level with windows that didn’t open and faced the employee smoking and refuse areas. We were looking forward to the beautiful double hung windows shown in all of the online images, but our room had small windows facing an undesirable view. It felt like we were paying to stay at the main hotel, but instead were staying at a neighboring motel for the same price. This was disappointing.

Property is listed as 4 stars but it is only a 3 star hotel - way overpriced for the stay. Bed was old and collapsed and could hear people walking and closing doors in the floor above us :(

Pros:

Very cute hotel with nice rooms and beds and in a great location. You can walk anywhere in a short time.
Our first night we had some noise issues, cause room was close to elevators.
We talked to receptionist next morning and we could move into another room with no noise interruption.
That was excellent service.
I recommend this hotel.

Irréprochable en tout. Tranquille, très propre et déco hôtel-boutique très réussi . Personnel vraiment gentil et courtois. Prêt de vélos gratuit : vraiment génial. Près de tout.
Portier disponible en tout temps . Très sécuritaire.
Bref, nous y retournerons certainement et avec grand plaisir!
