Dieses Hotel ist in bester Lage um Downtown Santa Barbara mit den Shops und Restaurants zu erkunden. Das Personal war freundlich.
Unser Zimmer war klein und eng. Zudem war es zur Strassenseite hinter der Wäscherei. Eine echte Abstellkammer. Das Frühstück war ungeniessbar und sollte nochmals bezahlt werden obwohl es bei unserer Buchung inkludiert war
I this it’s in the perfect location.
There is not much to the property. There is a lobby with a small cafe/bar and then there is a hallway to the rooms. If there is more to the property to see or enjoy, I was not informed about it.
Valet staff was nice and always got the door. It’s nice to have a cafe at the location. I had coffee each morning. Front staff was helpful & our rooms were very clean. The shower body wash was good.
There was no pool. I forgot to look. The water pressure in the shower needed to be harder.

Location was great. Short stroll to the centre of town.
There were no windows to open in the room. As a result the room had a smell. The hotel did move us to another room on an upper level. This one had windows we could open, so much better.
Great location in the hear of the town, easy access to the beach front by foot and to local amenities. Would highly recommend for travellers.
It was in a great neighborhood and our room was clean. The bathroom was nice.
Our room was on the ground level with windows that didn’t open and faced the employee smoking and refuse areas. We were looking forward to the beautiful double hung windows shown in all of the online images, but our room had small windows facing an undesirable view. It felt like we were paying to stay at the main hotel, but instead were staying at a neighboring motel for the same price. This was disappointing.
Breakfast selection needs expansion .
Property is listed as 4 stars but it is only a 3 star hotel - way overpriced for the stay. Bed was old and collapsed and could hear people walking and closing doors in the floor above us :(
