This place has really went downhill, won’t return
Pros:

Close to family I was visiting , young lady at front desk was very friendly and worked hard to help

Cons:

Pool was cloudy and dead skin was floating in hot tub that doesn’t bubble, breakfast was horrible, lemon water dispenser always empty

Pros:

ROOM SMELT TERRIBLE.. DRY DOG FOOD IN THE RESTROOM.. JUST NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AFTER STAYING THERE IN MARCH. VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR WHAT I PAID.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with good breakfast. No elevators available.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was not ready for my co worker but was quickly fixed and checked in. Patient and understanding staff. Breakfast was good. Coffee was always available. Pool and hot tub are nice and gym available right next to pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately our keys kept getting demagnetized and stopped working almost every time we left and tried to come back in. It’s an older property so no elevators available. No free weights in gym.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, nice views from hotel with a small balcony. Fluffy towels.

Inexpensive for good reason
Pros:

The facility is VERY hard to find and hard up against I-25 with a high retaining wall between it and the roadway.
There's no elevator and only 2 types of rooms:
A room with 2 FULL SIZE beds, which really can't accomodate 2 adults.
Or King bedroom. Rollaway beds aren't available.
The bathroom was a postage stamp with a "Barbie doll house" toliet that you fall onto as its so low. If you're a male, its more of a bidet. You get a "rinse" with every flush.
The breafast is minimal with no yogurt, fruit or fresh waffles.
A friend stayed in an adjacent room. They had checked someone in using his credentials. The desk clerk finally appeared to have things straigtened out and he was able to access his room. In the morning at checkout his billing was still screwed up.
To its credit the hotel is reasonably priced in an expensive location.
I'm a Best Western frequent guest member. However, this one is 1 and done.
