Overall we were happy with our stay. Comfortable beds, quiet, great shower, fun pool and hot tub.
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great shower pressure, excellent hot tub.

Cons:

There was a bit of a gap on the lower half of our room door that made us feel a little uncomfortable. Updating with some door seals would be good for privacy, sound, and temperature control.
No elevator, just stairs to get to second floor. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something to note if you need it.

No elevator, had to carry 6 suitcases up the stairs. (By the way requested a 1st floor room because I have really bad knee! Star was rude since the moment we got there. Our room wasn’t stocked with enough towels and toilet paper for two people. Room wasn’t stocked never attended to!

My Home Away From Home For Self Care..

This hotel here in The Springs is by far one of my favorite get aways.. It's friendly and professional staff at the front desk, maintenance and breakfast preparer are EXCEPTIONAL.. The room is ALWAYS clean, comfortable and has the perfect amount of towels, toiletries for my stays.. The breakfast is versatile which I find "very interesting" and appreciate GREATLY.. ☺️☺️☺️.. This will CONTINUE to be one of my definite options to just unwind from my usual busy life.. Thanks Everyone.. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Cons:

The things that I didn't like is that after 2000 until 0800 the back door is locked, even for guests with a key card making the fact that I always book an upstairs room (no elevator) somewhat of an inconvenience if I want to go outside for a cigarette break, the bathroom window had a HUGE draft so taking a bath ( the MAIN REASON of why I chose THIS room) was not an option during this wintery stay AND the last thing that was very frustrating for me was that during my 2 night stay my key cards became disabled TWICE and I had to walk from the other end of the building outside, around the building and into the front entrance to get them reprogrammed..

Pros:

This is not a good area of town. The property outside has evidence of homeless people in the area. We were there 3 nights, requested new towels and garbage be changed and it never happened. Staff at the front desk is not friendly or quick to help. The only nice person there was the lady that puts out the wonderful hot breakfast and keeps a tidy dining area.
